Come and enjoy Avila Beach, the Jewel of the Central Coast. Avila Escape is approximately 250 feet from the water's edge and around the corner from town, yet offers a unique setting with a large outdoor area for family gatherings. We are a romantic destination for couples and the perfect location for friends to get together.

Our home-away-from-home newly remodeled apartments incorporate the 'Old Avila' with the new. This apartment is the 'owners unit' with many tasteful upgrades--granite countertops and tile floors.

The constant sound of the beach waves is a soothing backdrop for relaxing. Wine-tasting, shops, restaurants, and the beach are a one minute walk away.

Whitewater, beach, and bay views from the living area and large deck are unforgettable, and we are told by our guests that they never want to leave. Watch the waves break, see a beautiful sunset, and enjoy the view of the lights on the piers at night. Walk on the beach in the morning and find beach glass and shells.

Further Details: The Bob Jones Bike and Hiking trailhead is two block from us, the Avila Beach Golf Resort is a 2 minute drive away. Enjoy fresh fish tacos on the pier, get a massage in town...park the car and leave it there--enjoy Avila Beach. Dont't miss our Avila Farmers Market on Fridays, 4 to 8 p.m. through September, with food, live music, flowers, and fresh-from-the-farm produce. We are a ten minute drive from San Luis Obispo, home of the famous Thursday night Farmers Market. Hearst Castle, wine tasting, hiking, kayaking are all nearby.

Perfect place to spend a weekend with friends and family!

My family and I rented this condo for the weekend back in june and invited friends and relatives from all over to come and celebrate graduation. Well not only was this place clean, well decorated, and welcoming, it had all the ammenities necessary to throw a little get together; barbeque, hot tub, big kitchen, ping pong table, a large outdoor patio, lots of sleeping space, and really nice and fun locals! The property manager went out of her way to ensure we were having a good time, and was extremely accomodating to us! I recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a weekend running down to the beach and cooking at the condo. Perfect place!
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Best rental in town!

Girls weekend, 8 of us, and we rented the two upper units. We could not have been happier once we arrived to see how much room we had and how well stocked the kitchen and baths were. The hostess Gina was great, giving us suggestions on things to do and even arranging a bus for us all to go wine tasting. I highly recommend this place. It also has a third unit downstairs that sleeps 8-10, with a shared yard and hot tub. The views are magnificent from the balconies with the beach and downtown are only a block away.
