The Villa is located within 5 miles of Disney. The way to Disney only has 2 lights and almost eliminates having to be on RT-192 all together, except for one block.
The screen enclosed pool, spa and lanai is tastefully decorated with Mermaid fountain, and gardens. Guests can enjoy the warm Florida sunshine or sit under the shaded area of the lanai.
This luxurious open concept 4 bedroom 3 bath Villa is centrally air conditioned through out . It has been completely renovated , and is fully furnished from linens, bedding and towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The property sleeps 8-10 people + crib .
The oversized Master bedroom has a king size bed, 32” TV, walk in closets, separate shower , oversized tub to relax and enjoy, and a double sink.
Further Details: The upstairs 3 bedrooms have a full size, two twins and a Trundle bed which accommodate 6 guests, and you have access to 2 day beds which can be stored.

The separate dining area seats 8, and the eat in kitchen seats at least 5.
The kitchen is open concept into the living room which features a spacious cathedral ceiling and 42” flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and gaming console complete with games for the kids.
