Looking for blue skies and white pristine beaches? Then look no more. Come to Sunrise Condos at New Smyrna Beach, nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. Sunrise is conveniently located within comfortable driving distance to all Central Florida Attractions.

Our condo is a family friendly eight floor complex with only 71 units. It is located on the NO DRIVING SECTION of the beach. There is no need to worry about cars, just sit back relax and enjoy your vacation.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath 1360 sq ft condo is clean and brightly decorated with a great floor plan(the bedrooms are in the back). We offer spectacular ocean views from the 2nd floor, that can be enjoyed from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your entertaining and cooking needs. Water filters are installed in the kitchen and the ice maker. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. We have WiFi through out the building.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bath and dressing area as well as its own screened lanai overlooking the ocean. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV.

We have a very active complex in the winter, with an assortment of activities planned for everyone. There is just no better way to spend your hard earned vacation. Come and enjoy our beautiful white sandy beaches and relax to the music of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is calling....

About The Owner

Growing up in Orlando, I remember spending many weekends at New Smyrna Beach. We have always loved the beach. It's so relaxing. Being able to own our condo is a dream come true for us. We live in Lakeland Florida now. But still visit as much as possible. We love this beach. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The Owner purchased this condo in 1998
Why The Owner chose New Smyrna Beach

We love the location of our Sunrise Condo. The first thing you will notice is the big sandy no driving beach. Our complex is of medium size, only 8 floors with a parking garage(no hot cars to climb into). We have a great office staff to help with everything. Tennis courts and shuffleboard are right out your door, plus a game room with a pool table and private kitchen if you are planning a small party or reunion. Our condo is close to shopping and local restaurants.

All of the reviews before mine are exactly right : This is a great and fun place to vacation. The condo
was lovely, clean, warm and nicely decorated with a spectacular oceanfront and large swimming
pool view. The kitchen had everything that you needed. There were lots of beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards that we could use. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The whole condo
complex was also very clean and well manicured. And, the owner, was super nice. We hope to go
back soon!

Great beach vacation!

We just got back from a week in this fantastic condo. We have been to NSB several times, and this was our favorite place to stay. The condo unit itself is comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. The view of the ocean is magnificent. The owners have done everything to ensure a great vacation. The building is well maintained, with pleasant staff. The location is perfect - no drive beach but closer to restaurants and Flagler Ave than most no-drive condos.
Although we did not have our children with us, this would have been a fun and easy place to enjoy a family vacation.
The owners were easy to work with, and courteous and professional in every way.
I wish we could have stayed all summer!

This condo was great! It was everything we had expected and more. We really enjoyed ourselves, The management was lovely. We thought the view was much better than the photos. Really impressed with the view and beach. It was truely a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

We love this condo!!

The last 4 years, we've stayed in this unit the first week of August. It is very clean and the owners have gone out of their way to provide many perks, such as a well stocked kitchen, with plenty of cookware and tableware. They also have a linen closet full of towels, linens, and beach towels. The furniture is so comfortable - I love the living area!!! Also, the pictures and decorations on the walls are so soothing, and have a beach theme - you never get tired of looking at them!! We will always request this condo, it is our favorite place to stay!!! I recommend it to all vacationers, and believe me, your family will be happy, and come home with lots of fun memories!!!! It truly is your home away from home!!!!
