We chose our home because it sits on one of if not the most desirable streets on all of the Island. When you arrive from the airport use our elevator to transport your luggage upstairs to the bedrooms. The elevator is perfect for the elderly or anyone with bad knees or sore hips. We are a block and a half from the ocean so the daily trip to the beach is so easy. To be sure you can take all your gear to the sand in one trip we have a large red wagon with over-sized wheels that you are free to enjoy. After a day at the beach we have 4 custom beach cruisers and locks so you can tour the Island and enjoy the perfect weather. We have golf clubs available for your use. Our home has a built in grill and the glass doors all open up so the outside and inside living become one. With Dish TV, X-Box and wireless internet your family has all they need to have plenty of fun.

Great house and location !

I am originally from the east coast and was in Coronado once many years ago on a road trip through the southwest and have always wanted to go back. I would have to agree with most national ratings, San Diego has the best year round climate. Coronado is a quiet oasis just a few minutes over the bridge but so close to all that San Diego has to offer. Getting back to Coronado was great and the house on G Ave made it even better. The house is in like new condition with some very high tech features but the elevator was my favorite part of the house because of my bad knees. The pace on the island is so relaxed and peaceful and the village has that small town in New England feel to it. I hope to be back to G Ave this summer!

Great way to start the New Year.

This was our first time in Coronado and we fell in love with the pace, the beach, and the perfect little island. The location of this home really could not be better with a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to town. The home is beautifully furnished and well maintained so it feels like you are at the Four Seasons with a lot more room. Parking was not an issue in January although we hear it is not always that way. Our days were spent biking (nice bikes here to use), walking, and reading. the home is a smart house with push button blinds, lights etc so it is really cool. I would certainly recommend the home to my friends and we will be back!

Beautiful beach home!!!

My husband and I and two children spent the month of August in Coronado in this beautiful beach house. The location was perfect (1 block from the beach). The owners have kept this home IMMACULATE (and we are clean freaks)! Everything in the house is top of the line (cherry floors, granite countertops, gorgeous bathrooms, gourmet kitchen)! It has 4 bedrooms (one in the basement) and they all have their own bathrooms. We had so much fun exploring the island on the beach cruisers, going to the beach almost everyday, eating dinner on the back patio, having coffee on the front porch, having a glass of wine on the roof top deck watching the sunset over the ocean...The only problem with this home is you won't want to leave it!! Coronado is paradise on earth, such a cute little village! It is like stepping back in time! All the shops and restaurants are within walking or riding (your bike) distance. Also, Sea World is a close drive and we went there several days. We can't wait to go back to Coronado and stay in this home again!
