Condo 272 We have Central Air and heat System in our condos, not ever condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door.

Locate between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.

There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

The unique restaurants on Hilton Head Island are Chef owned and operated. We will make recommendation of our favorites, also favorite dishes.

About Charlene Nickels

We live in Tennessee and vacationed at Seaside Villas with our children for over 14 years. After our children left home we looked for vacation/retirement property in many areas and kept returning to Hilton Head Island. We hope to be able to retire here in future years. For now we spend as many weeks a year on the island as possible, about 10 weeks. We have made many friends and love the area, it is our paradise away from home.

You will enjoy our beautifully decorated OCEANFRONT villa 272 and balcony overlooking the beach. There are no condos on the island any closer to the beach!! Our complex provides new security gates for your safety, as well as new stairwells at the pool. We have under building parking (first come first served), two private pools, a private sundeck at the dunes, washers and dryers, outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your coffee from your private balcony. Or experience a moonrise and full moon over the water. The light of the moon dancing on the water is incredible! See small wildlife and deer in the dunes, and see how many different birds you can identify. The condo is equipped with a new Queen size futon sleeper sofa in the living area with recliner and floor lamp to provide good lighting for reading your favorite books, a dining table area, Flat Screen TV with DVD, VCR and CD player, Stereo. A library of videos and music to choose from during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and all cooking, eating utensils and all the small appliances you would need. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with two reading lamps a dresser and small crest of draws. Private entrance into the bathroom. In the hall two built-in bunks for smaller children that want to be close to their parents.

What a fantastic view!

What a wonderful villa. The owner was so easy to work with. The villa was very well stocked. We had absolutely every thing we could possibly need for our few days, which were not long enough. The view is amazing. Having the bikes was such a nice plus. I just can't say enough nice things about this place. Counting the days until we can book it again.

We fell in love! Wonderful condo, spectacular view, amazing vacation.

Yes, it took me a few months to get to the review, but the details are still so fresh in my mind. This was our first trip to HHI and our first time to use VRBO. Charlene made it so easy to rent her vacation home and she obviously delights in the comfort of her guests. We stayed with our children ages 11 and 8. The 8 year old was happy on the bunks and the 11 year old got the bedroom so that we could sleep with the views and sounds of the ocean. The futon couch was very comfortable and my husband and I slept sooo well. We used Charlene's bikes and rented 2 smaller ones for the kids. Parking was easy and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate breakfasts and lunches in and went out to some of the recommended places each evening (Mellow Mushroom, Nick's, Santa Fe). The central air conditioning in the house was wonderful! I used the convenient laundry on the same floor and met a wonderful family on vacation from Ohio. The beach was amazing with the tides (full moon) and one day we found all sorts of starfish and sand dollars watched dolphins swimming and playing so close in! My 11 year old was thrilled to have a skim board to borrow, thank you! By the end of our stay, my husband was actually looking at real estate in the area! For the time being, I am just planning to stay at one of Charlene's properties!

RELAX, REFRESH, AND HAVE THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE

My husband and I go to the beach each year during the last week of April and the first week of May. In the past we have always gone to Sanibel Island Florida. For years it has been perfect for us...that was until we got to Hilton Head. Everything and I do mean everything was just perfect. The weather, the condo and the owner Charlene Nickels. made for a relaxing and happy week. The description of the condo and what it offered were right on the money. We loved The Backyard Restaurant, Reileys, and The Boathouse. Be sure you eat the brunch at The Backyard...unbelieveable!!!!!

Loved It! Well Appointed and Close to Everything

This unit was really nice. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It being an end unit really made a difference in the ocean view and the interior space. The indoor and outdoor furniture were very comfortable and functional. It's location made walking or riding a bike to Coligny really easy. You could easily leave your car parked all week. The owner was very personable and flexible. We stayed an extra day! The complementary bikes were a nice bonus.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

What a fantastic time we had! We enjoyed our stay immensely! from the very first email communication to the fabulous beach front view....We had a very long, stressful summer with our only son getting married and two nieces having 1st babies and a nephew getting married so we were long overdue for a vacation! This unit was perfect for our needs and so comfy! We parked our car on Saturday 10-2 and I did not get back in the car until we left this morning! The convenience of the location was great! just a bike ride or walk to the grocery store, shops amd numerous restaraunts...Thank you so much for "sharing" your home away from home with us! I hope this is the beginning of a long long relationship! MAy God continue to bless you!
