Amazing view, convenient location and a wonderful bed!

What a wonderful experience this condo offered. We started our day with our coffee on the Lanai watching the whales breach and the dolphins pass by as the sun came up. Believe it or not, this location offered both great sun rises and sun sets.
This condo was clean, contemporary, well stocked and well maintained. It has a great grassy area to sit or for little ones to run off a little energy. The walk down to the beach is pretty easy and short. The trail and tide pools in front of the condo were great fun for exploring and peaceful walks. We even saw some turtles there.
The Kapalua grounds are impeccably maintained. The swimming pool areas have BBQ, comfy lounge chairs and dining which is nice with a group of friends.
World renowned Kapalua Bay beach is also within walking distance or a quick drive where we paddle boarded, body surfed and snorkeled- we saw tons of fish. This, all of the beaches we visited on the island, offered the best variety of adventure and relaxation for my family. This is a great sandy cove for families as there are plenty of amenities (Rest rooms, rentals and a little store) and the protected bay kept the surf down.
After the long day of play, the extremely plush king size bed offered a great night’s rest. I travel frequently and for me a great bed and a good night’s sleep can make or break a trip.
I’d highly recommend this condo to couples and small families alike.

This is a beautiful property, ocean front as advertised, just a short walk to two beaches. The condo was very clean and accommodating as far as our needs. The only disappointment was that the master bedroom was not ocean side.

We have stayed in this Bay Villa for two straight years....it's wonderful. We saw dozens of whales right out the back door sipping mai tais on the lanai. VERY NICE!

This property is truly beautiful and done very tastefully with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay very much and as other reviewers have said, we were quite comfortable and happy to spend the day at the condo! The views are unsurpassed with Oneloa bay a short walk away. The floor to ceiling windows make watching the waves crash so mesmerizing. Lovely, lovely place!!

Wow, what a view!

We have stayed in several vrbo condos and houses throughout the Hawaiian islands and this condo is just so lovely! It is front on ocean view with floor to ceiling windows. The trail to the beach and cliff walk is just a few steps away and only a 30 second walk to the sandy beach. On a calm surf day the snorkeling is very good on the left side of ghe beach (near the rock). There were a few windy days when we couldn't swim in the ocean here, but drove about 5 minutes to Napilli Beach or Kapalua Beach where we could get into the water (both are beautiful). Lahaina and Kaanapali are an easy drive, but I'm telling you, you will not want to leave this beautiful area.

The condo is fully renovated with everything new and modern. Granite counters, stone floors, stainless appliances. Everything was very clean.. And did I tell you about the amazing view!!! It will take your breath away!

Best restaurants on Maui are 1) Mama's Fish House (just past Pa'ai town), 2) Merrimans (in Kapalua just a few minutes from the condo) 3) Sea House (in Kapalua just a few mintes from condo). We also ate at several restaurants in Lahaina and Kaanapali, but no comparison to the three mentioned above.

Be sure to see the Warren and Annabelle magic show in Lahaina (make a reservation before you leave home). It is a very entertaining and fun evening. The road to Hana is beautiful, but prepare for a very long day.

My perfect Maui itinerary would be: 1-2 nights at Mamas Fish House Inn and of course dinner there; drive to Hana and stay 3-4 nights, then drive to Kapalua and stay as long as you can in this condo. I hope that we can do this again soon!
