House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 8)

Grandma has moved south and her house is waiting for its occupants. Summer, Fall, Winter or Spring Grandma's House is the perfect escape. Her 1998 well kept home has a large card playing/dining table in the open kitchen/great room. A deck off the great room and a deck off the lower level sitting room leads to the dock. (Two additional twin beds are situated at the end of the lower level sitting room.) Dock your own boat for a short canal ride to beautiful 417 acre, all sports, Loon Lake. Enjoy swimming fishing, boating, golf, hunting, snowmobiling, ice fishing, shopping, etc.

Nearby: Tawas & Lake Huron(Light House), West Branch (Outlet Mall), Mio (Asable River Canoe Ride), beautiful area of Largo Springs & Lumberman's Monument. Enjoy home town movie theaters (Tawas & West Branch), shopping & restaurants

No Smoking and No Pets.

Golf: Hale has an 18 hole golf course and within about a half hour , E.Tawas, West Branch and Oscoda will offer a good varity of golf courses.

Ski: Tree Tops Ski Resort would be the closest snow ski and ski tubing activities. About one and a half hours away.
