Crowne Pointe is a large condo development with a huge view and a central Lake Martin location. By water, Crowne Pointe is 5 minutes to Chimney Rock and Chuck’s Marina & 10 minutes to Kowaliga, and by land, it’s on the south side of the lake, 30 miles from Auburn; 45 miles from Montgomery; 80 miles from Birmingham and 130 miles from the Atlanta airport.
Crowne Pointe visitors enjoy lake-level private storage units for your skis, wakeboards, floats, etc., 2 pools, a boat slip, plus the conveniences of relatively new construction (first units built in 2007 – open floor plans, tile floors, upgrades on counters and appliances, etc.).
The views are some of the best on the lake, especially from this top floor unit located in the center building. This unit is perfect for families with two king beds in the downstairs bedrooms and two doubles in the loft. Our unit has complimentary high speed wireless internet access - WiFi. A boat slip is included with the unit for use during your stay. A large pool right by the water is perfect for relaxing by the lake.
