This house was designed hacienda-style with all rooms opening onto the central courtyard pool area. The entire pool area and living space enjoys total seclusion with no neighbouring properties able to see in. The large kitchen acts as the main communal area and comfortably seats 12. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and opens onto the pool making it ideal for a mixed group to enjoy privacy from one another.
Amenities include laundry facilities, dishwasher, television, fully equipped kitchen, towels and bedding.
Guests of the ranch have exclusive run of the place, although the amiable neighbour, who is the caretaker, is there when you need him.
Delicious meals can be ordered by a local chef who will cook and deliver for a fee. Chef Wen will come in to cook if desired.We can also recommend secure taxi drivers if you don't want to use your own vehicle.
PUBLIC:Mini taxis ply between West End and Town center. There is no stand you must just flag them down by holding your hand above your head.Fare$150.00JA($1.50us).There is only one road from west end to town center so you can't take the wrong taxi.

This was an empty lot beside my other house which I have owned since 1999. I always wanted to be on the water until I witnessed a hurricane. I decided it was easier to go to the water than rebuild continually as my neighbors on the water have to do more often than one could guess.
Security goes hand in hand with privacy, that is the best feature of this house. You have complete control over your interaction with the outside world(an oasis) that only those who stay at Rancho will be a part of. The house is newly built(2010) so everything is in perfect working order. Our neighbors are a nice mix of foreigners and locals which makes interaction easy if desired.This is a unique because you will have a memorable experience that just can not happen in an all inclusive hotel who's bottom line is numbers and profit.We will entice you to return again &again.
