The first floor includes an upgraded kitchen stocked with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies. There are two counter-height stools at the counter. The attached dining room includes a table that seats six. The living room has two couches and a 42” LCD television with cable tv and a DVD player. The living room opens up to a private patio, with outdoor seating for six, and a gas BBQ.
The first floor also features a half-bath and coat closet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and an adjoining outside deck. Enjoy coffee on the second-floor deck each morning. Master bedroom includes a queen-size bed and LCD television (with cable). The second bedroom contains two twin beds, a dresser, and tv. Both bedrooms include window air-conditioners, and large closets. The bathroom has a bath/shower and a double sink. A stacked full-size washer and dryer are housed off of the upstairs hallway.
