When it comes to both indoor and outdoor entertainment, this home has it all! The extensive screened pool area boasts a sparkling heated pool with an attached spill-over spa where you can cool down and treat yourself to soothing baths after a fantastic day exploring the area. Numerous poolside loungers provide you with the perfect spot to sunbathe, while the covered patio offers a wonderful dining spot. Surprise your family and friends with delicious grilled treats prepared on the gas grill outside.

Upon entering this air-conditioned home, you will discover a welcoming great room with high ceilings, inviting furniture, and a large smart TV so you can stream your favorite movies and shows. This home enjoys a game-room-like area with a pool table and a foosball table where you can spend endless entertaining hours challenging each other to billiards tournaments and foosball matches. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and head over to the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious masterpieces. Additional perks include two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) and a Ninja® Foodi® PossibleCooker™ PRO. Located away from the main living areas is a beautiful den where you can spend your days reading or resting. This floor also has a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Sleeping arrangements include two main suites on the first floor along with a third bedroom and three additional bedrooms upstairs. The first primary suite enjoys a luxe en suite bath with double vanity, a glass-enclosed shower, and a jetted tub in the corner. All six bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
