Spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment overlooks award winning bird and butterfly garden. Private entrance.The cottage is 4 blocks from the beach and just steps from Lake Lily and Pavilion Circle Park. This property is located one half mile from the Cape May Point Lighthouse and State Park, less than a mile from Sunset Beach, 2 miles from historic Cape May City and 45 miles from the Atlantic City casinos.

Inside there is a large dining area, living room, full bath and fully-equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two twin beds. Living room has a queen sofa bed. Guests need to bring their own bed, bath and kithen linens. Blankets and pillows are provided.

Off the kitchen is a large deck with gas grill, dining table and other chairs, table.

Beach tags, umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys are provided.

Short walk to guarded beaches. Beach tags, chairs, toys etc. are provided. Perfect location for birding, butterfly watching.State Park, lighthouse, freshwater lake, Audbon Center nearby. Great for biking, area is flat with little traffic. Bike and kayak rentals available nearby. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
