OCEANFRONT MASTER - SLEEPS 6, 1 BEDROOM WITH BUNKS AND SOFA BED

Unit as pictured and described. First and foremost this unit is very clean (I check, even the room fan blades were clean). It is nicely furnished. The carpet is new so it is in great condition. The kitchen is better stocked than any other unit we have ever stayed in. It had cutting boards, skillets that are not warped, a mixer (most units have a blender this has both). The management company was very easy to work with. This is our fourth year at Tidewater and enjoy all the amenities. Love being able to walk to Pier Park and Winn Dixie.

This condo is beautiful. Me, my husband and 2 year old son had a blast! Much prettier in person than in the pictures. Clean. Good quality towels and lots of them in both bathrooms which was awesome with a family. Evertything you need is in the condo. Yes the elevators are slow but don't be despondent,they are only slow on Saturdays with check in and check out, otherwise they were not bad at all. Once you open the door to the condo you'll forget all about the elevators!Beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and towels were a plus. Even though we brought our own, it was nice to have extra. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. VERY nice having a washer and dryer - wouldn't rent a place without that ever again. VERY nice having 2 bathrooms. Having a sliding door in the bedroom is a definite plus - don't worry about little kids getting on the balcony - these are professional grade hurricane doors, heavy and sturdy! The condo is situated in it's only private hallway which is nice and quiet. Liza's Munchies (pool bar) was some of the best food we had the whole trip - try the spicy Chicken Pannini! Delcious and reasonable. Margaritaville was aweful and so was the Back Porch - worst crab cake sandwich ever. Dicks Last Resort was awesome and great for the kids. If you plan to eat with your family - try and be in Pier Park by 5:30 or 6pm at the latest and put your name down and do a bit of shopping while you wait. Worked out pretty well for us (and Ron Jon Surf shop!) The fireworks they did from all the piers including Pier Park Pier were amazing and you didn't have to fight for space on the beach - you had a 1st class seat right in the comfort of your own balcony. Very nice all in all and would definitely recommend this for a small family. We took the Ferry to Shell Island - was stunning!! Go prepared - you will not want to leave with the clearest water you have ever been in! Like St. Thomas!! We will rent a boat the next time. We didn't expect to stay that long and didn't bring an umbrella or enough to drink. Dolphins and sting rays swimming 10 feet from you on the gulf side. LOL not many shells though. Unspoilt beach for miles and you don't have to fight for a spot. Pier Park is definitely within 10 minutes MAX walking distance, we drove most of the time since we were picking up supplies from Target or Winn Dixie (try and go to Target - I found Winn Dixie VERY expensive). Great trip all in all. We'll be back!
