The Retreat and The Barn together (Evergreen Acres) boast 40acres of something for everyone! 9 Bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, Theater room, 2 rec rooms, a climbing wall, 2 firepits, a 12 person Swim Spa/Hot Tub, Outdoor movie projector, Yoga/flex room, private swimming/fishing pond, sport court with Tennis, Pickleball, and basketball, a fenced-in yard for dogs, EV charger for 2 cars, and more. 2 large, fully stocked kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining, etc. etc. etc. Rich and I live just down the road and can be spotted on property from time to time doing trail maintenance, cutting firewood, etc. We will be your concierge, taking good care of your whole group. We are just a text away and will quickly handle any issues that arise during our stay.

We live just down the road and work on the property in our spare time. We are available 24/7 by text or phone. If you need something, we likely have it, and can bring it right over.
We are in a rural location with plenty of space between neighbors. Even with space, sound can travel. We ask that you be considerate especially after 10pm. While the properties are set back from the road by over 300ft, you can still hear some light traffic noise from the front porch occasionally. These two properties are across the driveway from one another.
Evergreen Acres is set off from the road, with a long driveway leading to a large parking area that can easily fit 25+ cars.
We are 5 mins off I80/Tollway, between Akron, Cleveland, Youngstown, and Pittsburgh
