'Casa del Calabay' - NEWLY RENOVATED 4 bdrm luxury villa - sleeps 8

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful community set adjacent to a large natural lake. This quiet and tranquil setting is conveniently located for all the theme parks central Florida has to offer. Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, MGM/Disney Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Shopping Malls, restaurants and nightlife are within an easy drive of between 15 and 30 minutes. The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is a popular location for catching bass. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is also located close to two of Florida's top golf courses at Champions Gate (7 miles) and Southern Dunes (1 mile). Both the Gulf coast (Clearwater) and Space coast (Daytona) beaches are within an hour and a half drive from Casa del Calabay. Busch Gardens is approximately an hour and ten minutes away.

Shopping:: Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is right by a Super WalMart Store where you can stock up on all of your daily supplies. Also nearby is a Publix supermarket which is located on the US Highway 27 approximately 4 minutes drive from the Villa next to the Heart of Florida Hospital. A pharmacy and take-out restaurants are close by. The famous Orlando Premium Outlets are only a short drive from the villa on the I 4 as are all of Orlando's major shopping malls and factory outlets.

Directions to 'Casa del Calabay': Interstate 4 (exit 55) towards Haines City. Go South 6 miles on Highway 27 and Tower Lake is situated on the left off Bates Road. (Left at Lowes DIY Superstore, located 0.5 miles before WalMart.)

Tourist Office: A good source of information is the Tourist Board Office on Highway 27. They can recommend sights to see and have discount coupons for many activities.

Casa del Calabay is ideally located for vacationers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 15 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Sea World, Universal, 40 minutes from the airport and 1 1/2 hours away from both coasts.This location is also close to the new Lego Land Park which opened in the fall of 2011. This villa was built in 2006 in the beautiful Calabay Parc Tower Lake gated community. This marvelously furnished villa has two master bedrooms with exits to the private screened pool and spa.There is a 3rd bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed and a 4th bedroom equipped with twin beds which share a 3rd full bathroom. The open concept lounge area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an attractive dining area which can accommodate 8 people. Further seating is available in the den and the villa is equipped with a utility/laundry room. This villa is perfect for those relaxing moments between outings.

  • * Bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance can be secured with a non-refundable 25% deposit per booking. The balance is then payable with the security deposit (same as booking deposit) no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
    * Late bookings (less than 8 weeks before departure) will need to be paid in full at the time of booking along with the security deposit.
    * A returnable security deposit against breakages and damage to the villa of 25% of the rental fee is payable with each booking as outlined above.

    DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE for stays of 3 weeks or longer and for repeat guests.

Fantastic villa !

We stayed at this villa for three weeks.The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need.The decor is very modern and the villa is absolutely immaculate.We have been going to Florida for a few years now and this villa is definitely the nicest one we've stayed in by far.During our stay we were contacted by the owners to make sure everything was ok and we had everything we needed.I thought this was a really nice thing to do and I would just like to say Thankyou for sharing your lovely home with us.We will definitely stay here again hopefully for longer because this villa is really like a home from home.

Lovely decorated home

This home is very nice, newly decorated this year, we were in a bind without a place to stay for our month long vacation and contacted Emma the person we had rented from before and she told me this house was having a fresh total make over. So she contacted John and Donna the owners and they kindly rented their new home to us. It is a well decorated and comfortable home with every thing you could possibly need for a vacation rental. The pool and hot tub are beautiful with nice pool furniture. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds. This home is close to major attractions and nice restaurants and shopping close by. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be visiting it for a month next year.
