The space

As you step into this lovely newly-constructed home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool. The master has a king bed, second also a king, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The bedding is all high quality and brand new and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. This spacious newly-constructed home sleeps 11 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and even outside on the shaded Lanai.

Your family can tour the island on the four brand new “Beach Cruiser” bicycles parked in the garage awaiting your adventure. "Tahiti Beach House" is a luxury vacation rental. You can access the home using the simple front door code. Check-in is contact free. The home, pool, garage, and driveway are all yours to use.

No storm damage. All is back to normal.

There is a current construction project going on the lot behind the house.

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
