TOWERING THREE-STORY TREEHOUSE SET AMID THE JUNGLE CANOPY.

Cabo Matapalo Tower Rental Photos and Description

Built With Unique, Breathtaking Views Of The Ocean And Jungle.

Combine equal parts adventure and tranquility and you’ve got the punta jaguar experience. Lovingly hand-crafted by the lovelies—eva and brian lovely-- and local artisans, the accommodations are luxurious but simple, artfully crafted from a mix of local woods—purple heart, teak, manu—and local materials. The hand built spiral staircase, hand crafted furnishings and cabinetry and artful windows to the outside world reflect the lovelys’ deep sense of respect and love for this amazing location.

And the location… beautiful water views of cabo matapalo will inspire you to catch a wave from one of the many local point breaks—suitable for any experience level. Saying that you can “see wildlife” here doesn’t do it justice. Capuchin monkeys, scarlet macaws, sloths, humpback whales, eagles, hummingbirds, titis, howler monkeys… these are the neighbors, and make regular appearances. The protected corcovado national park next door shares its incredibly wealth of bird, animal and plant life with us.

About Eva Lovely

Eva Fleischauer and Brian met on a fashion shoot in the early 90s; reconnecting years later. After sharing his secret place with Eva on several trips, he also shared his dream to live there fulltime. The two decided to go off the fashion and production grid and throw themselves into the jungle for real. They traded cameras and slates for hammers and a DIY treehouse in the jungle. Now a married couple, the Lovelys camped out in the jungle for two and a half years with no electricity, using ice blocks to keep food cold and a camp stove to cook as they handcrafted their dream home. Their efforts resulted in a beautiful three story treehouse in the jungle canopy, which they now lovingly share.

Guestbook comments from the manager

Brian and Eva Lovely have created a vision of jungle life beyond imagination. I had even seen photos before arriving, and still couldn't believe my eyes. Saying on the top floor of their jungle tower, with sweeping views of the ocean and howler monkeys to wake me to the new day, I felt like a character out of a fantasy movie. Somehow like a princess, while being more deeply immersed in nature than I've ever been.

I recommend this for anyone who wants true remote and I disturbed Mother Nature, but still wants a 5 star stay. Ammeninites include hi speed Internet, luxury shower with a view of the ocean, perfect bed and linens, a tidy lawn all around for barefooted lounging and a beautifully designed kitchen. My girlfriend and I could not believe how special we felt staying here, and we both want to come back next year!
