R/c airconditioning rarely required, owing to 3m roof extension over terrace. Wi-fi facility available, if required.
We are pleased to share our holiday retreat with visitors from overseas and interstate as well as Sydneysiders wanting to escape city congestion. Bookings from 5 days, 5 weeks to 5 months, subject to availability. Occupancy limit: 4 adults (or 2 adults and up to 3 children). Not available for party hire. Seasonal rates apply.

About The Owner
Our family values your privacy and our own. We are widely travelled and have extensive business experience. We are happy for our holiday home to speak for itself. Its very high standard of presentation results from attention to detail, including the screening of tenants and a thorough spring cleaning between tenancies. This is the private retreat our family members enjoy as a hideaway when not hosting visitors. We have been based in Australia for many generations and are happy to answer any queries regarding travel arrangements, facilities and visitor suggestions, within the Palm Beach - Pittwater area, or the greater Sydney Region.

Location: We love the privacy, as this apartment is not overlooked from any direction. We are awed by the spectacular sunsets and the sound of waves lapping on the beach opposite. We enjoy the nearby eateries and boutiques - summer all year round.
The Interior: We love the light, spacious feel, the ambient low key decor and the ultra comfortable beds and sofas.
The Exterior: We enjoy the outdoor lounge area, the private terrace off the master bedroom, and the outdoor dining with BBQ on the all weather verandah.
