Beautiful beachfront property that sleeps 12 with access to what is almost your own private beach.
Massive master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the beach. The room itself has huge windows allowing for maximum exposure to ocean views.
It has four other rooms, two with two twin beds and two with king beds. All rooms are air conditioned.
The house has a spacious patio with a dinning and lounge area that overlooks the property's private pool and beach.
There is a cleaning lady and handyman/butler/driver that come in three times a week, it can be more if need be with an extra charge of 60 (for the maid) and 75 (for the handyman/butler/driver). They assist in cleaning and house maintenance, but can also cook, get groceries, or anything else that the guests might need.
As for the house, you really have to see it to believe it. The pictures speak for themselves.

The property is one of the only beach front properties in Plamas del Mar, it is just steps away from your own private beach. The resort is set in approximately 2,750 acres (11.1 km2) of land, it includes a bank; retail shops; The Palmas Academy (a private school) an equestrian center; two golf courses; tennis courts; over a dozen restaurants; a casino; a country club with spa; a beach club; a full-service marina; and security and strict-access control 24 hours a day.
If you would wish to venture out of the resort, Palmas del Mar is located about 45 minutes away from the capital city of San Juan and about an hour car ride to El Yunque National Forest.
