Above the coastal town of Diano Marina in the Diano valley at an elevation of 330 m. Newly built Rustico in trad. Ligurian style. It blends harmoniously with the terrace walls of the olive grove that is at the edge of a hamlet with 10 houses at the end of the valley. The house is very cool in the summer thanks to its natural stone walls. Perfect layout, good ambience, attention to detail and practical kitchen arrangement provides a unique feeling of ease and comfort. Next to the bedroom and bathroom, the living/dining area with open kitchen leads out to the terrace, where you can eat and sun bathe. Nearby there is a sitting area made of natural stone blocks and a grill. You have a wonderful panoramic view of Piz Evigno and across the valley with its olive groves toward the ocean from your terraced olive grove. This picturesque village of Diano Aretino with its many small hamlets is on the beautiful hills of Diano valley, that stretches from Diano Marina to the dominating Piz Evigno massif. Wide, sunny olive groves with rare flowers and their typical terraced walls distinguish the landscape above the Flower Riviera, one of the most interesting coasts in Italy. Mimosa, bougainvillea and orchids bloom on old stone walls along the street of olive oil, which winds 5 km through the valley to the end. The turbulence of the coast is left behind here and the laid-back quiet of the 'back-country' can be enjoyed. The olive farmers pursue their work and at the weekend celebrate village festivals with live folk music, dance and local culinary specialties that draw people here from all over.   • The price includes final cleaning! Deposit: 100 Euro. The holiday residence is for max. 4 adults. The price/week is for up to 4 people. The price for central heating from the end of October to the end of April is calculated according to usage (min. 65 Euro/week). The house can be rented during winter and the off-season thanks to central heating. Bed linens, hand towels, beach towels, dish towels etc. are not provided. Can be provided upon request for small fee. Pillows (80x80), quilts and blankets are provided. A child's bed (w/o linens) and a child's high-chair available for free upon request. Pets not allowed. The house is a non-smoking residence. Rental min. 1 week (7 days). Min. 2 weeks during the peak season (14 days). Check-in and check-out only on Saturdays.

Nach unserem wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem neuen Ferienhaus hat uns der Alltag inzwischen wieder. Allerdings können wir immer noch von der Erholung zehren, sodass wir sicher noch bis zum nächsten Urlaub durchhalten werden. Wir möchten Ihnen gerne nochmals mitteilen, dass wir uns in Ihrem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt haben und dass alle von Ihnen im Vorfeld gemachten Angaben über Haus und Umgebung zutreffend waren. Danke nochmals für Ihre Tipps in Bezug auf gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Wir bedanken uns auch für die rasche, zuverlässige und faire Abwicklung der Vermietung. Ihre Organisation ist perfekt! Schade dass wir nicht länger als eine Woche bleiben konnten, es wäre uns bestimmt nicht langweilig geworden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Wolfgang Lutzenberger/Kottgeisering. Streßfrei in der Hauptsaison

Das Ferienhaus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage abseits vom Trubel der Küstenorte. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht somit voll und ganz der Beschreibung im Online- Inserat. Auf dem großen Grundstück haben Kinder genügend Bewegungsfreiheit. Der Vermieter stellte Spielgeräte bereit, so dass es den Kindern auch in der Ferienwohnung nicht langweilig wurde und wir als Eltern ebenfalls Ruhe und Entspannung fanden.

Die in der Urlaubsregion gelegenen Ausflugsziele sowie auch verschiedene Badestrände können vom Feriendomizil aus gut erreicht werden. Der Vermieter trägt mit detaillierten Ortskenntnissen und Insider- Tipps zum Gelingen verschiedener Unternehmungen bei.

Bereits vor Reiseantritt erhielten wir vom Vermieter zahlreiches Informationsmaterial, sowie eine Anreisebeschreibung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilft gern in allen Dingen, die an ihn herangetragen werden.

Da uns und unseren Kindern die Urlaubswochen sehr gut gefallen haben, können wir das Haus Olivenhain weiterempfehlen und wir würden es jederzeit für einen weiteren Aufenthalt buchen.

Ruhe, Wein, Ristoranti

Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich bei dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzer, der uns 2 wunderschöne, stressfreie Wochen in Ligurien ermöglicht hat. Vor allem haben wir auf der Terrasse die Privatsphäre und die Ruhe inmitten der Olivenhaine hoch oben im Diano Tal genossen.
Aber auch die Vorschläge zu Ausflügen in die Berge und entlang der Küste, Tipps zum Essen gehen und Öl einkaufen sowie zu freien Stränden waren sehr willkommen.
Ca`Uliveto ist ein sehr gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, in dem man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Alle Angaben und Bilder im Internet erwiesen sich als zutreffend, die Urlaubsabwicklung war sehr korrekt und unproblematisch und das vom Besitzer bereitgestellte Infomaterial reichhaltig und hilfreich. An dieser stelle möchten wir uns noch einmal bei unserem Gastgeber bedanken.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, von dem wir sicher noch lange zehren werden und ein Feriendomizil, das wir auch anderen, die Ruhe, Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen empfehlen können.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Unser erster Urlaub in Ligurien war ein großer Erfolg. Wir haben die gesuchte Ruhe und Erholung gefunden! Das Ferienhaus haben wir so erlebt, wie im Internet beschrieben: Die Beschreibung traf voll zu. Es ist ein gepflegtes, sehr sauberes Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht, besonders in die Berge. Auch der fast 2000m hohe Evignio wurde bestiegen. Die Tipps vom Besitzer waren sehr hilfreich und interessant. So konnte ich auch Pflanzen für den heimischen Garten mitbringen. Mal sehen, ob sie es auch Deutschland aushalten !!!

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen in Diano Marina. Alle Angaben zum Haus und zur Umgebung waren korrekt u. mehr als vollständig. Um Ausflüge nach Genua, Monaco u. Nizza zu starten, liegt das Haus ideal. Auto aber unbedingt erforderlich. Wie vom freundlichen Besitzer empfohlen, haben wir das beste Olivenoel ca. 1,4 km den Berg hinauf, in Evigno gekauft. Auch alle anderen Empfehlungen des Hauseigentümers, speziell die Restaurants, waren Volltreffer. Normalerweise kochen wir stets selbst, aber diesmal waren wir 5 mal Essen. Das Haus war sauber, alle Geräte funktionstüchtig u. Küchenutensilien wie Pfannenwender, Dosenöffner ö.ä. vorhanden.
Besonders empfehlen möchten wir die Besichtigung der Grotten in Toirano, die einzigartig sind u. von professionellen Führern in kleinen Gruppen, geleitet werden. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, ohne Abstriche.
