FOUR NEWLY BUILT COTTAGES IN DELIGHTFUL FJORD LOCATION

The four new built, identical cottages are located in a spacious distance to each other on a large nature property in delightful location about 20 m apart from the fjord shore. The 70 m² large houses are because of their block of wood construction very cosy and have the following room partition: Ground floor: living and dining room with open alleyway to the kitchen, bathroom, storage room and terrace to the fjord and 2 smaller bedrooms. The cottages possess a community landing stage each with an own motorboat per house.

Seasons: January–February: coldest months, maximum daily temperature 5°C, various snow height in the valley of 0–55 cm, snow secure above a height of 500 m, weather changing, good ice-fishing in temporary frozen fjord anabranches. March: explicit temperature rising, maximum daily temperature 10°C, various snow height in the valley of 0–50 cm, snow secure above a height of 500 m, weather changing, ice-fishing still possible, good catching possibilities of cod and coalfish in February and March from the boat. April: explicit temperature rising and speedily growth of the daylight time, maximum daily temperature 15°C, barely snow in the valley, snow secure above a height of 600-800 m, weather relatively constant with long, dry periods. May: spring month with speedily blooming and becoming green nature, very rich in contrast with green valleys and snow capped mountains, daylight nearly around the clock, maximum daily temperature 18°C, snow secure only above a height of 1000 m (ski construction Vik).
