Great summer weekly/monthly rental. Located on the Little Island of Balboa Island. Experience carefree Island living. Great one story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with front and middle patio. Good location. Easy walk to our main street, Marine Ave. Marine Avenue has everything a vacationer would want including shopping, restaurants, galleries and a market. Unique walking path around both Little and Big Island. A short ferry ride from Balboa Peninsula where there are more restaurants and water based activities. Lots of family fun awaits you here. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King size bed, one with a Queen and one with two twins. Kitchen is updated and open and there is an outdoor gas grill for your enjoyment.

Keywords: Located on Balboa Island/Little Island. Clean. Quiet. Close to shopping, restaurants, gift shops. Close to the water.

This home rents in the winter Sept through May 31 st. It is on a monthly rental. DURING THE SUMMER IT BECOMES A WEEKLY RENTAL. FRIDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. WEEKLY RENTAL RATES APPLY.
