Why Lloyd Kurtz chose Studio City
This property is a 1920's Tudor style home. Legend has it that the house was built by Mr. Lankershim himself, of whom Lankershim Blvd was named after. What makes this house unique
What make this such a great neighborhood is the proximity to all of the fabulous shopping and dining that Ventura Blvd is famous for. It is quiet and safe as well as being a fabulous walking area with panoramic views; there is a reason the stars live around here.
