Comfortable cottage in private summer community overlooking Pemaquid Harbor. Watch herons, gulls, lobster boats, sailboats through picture window or from the spacious deck next to tidal cove. Canoe, kayak, swim in salt water or fresh. Short walk to local beaches and historic sites. Public golf course, many fine restaurants nearby. Art, antique and craft galleries. Monhegan Island ferry and excursion boat minutes away. Short drive to scenic Pemaquid Point with lighthouse and museum. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, full electric range. Full bath. TV with DVD/VCR, wireless internet. One queen size bed and two twins. Linens not provided.

Guests can tie a canoe, dinghy or small motorboat up to 15 feet at the dock. Kayaks or canoes can be launched from the area near the dock, and stored to the side of the large common lawn. Guests can use the lawn furniture. Fishing is permitted from the shore and the float.
