This Gorgeous Beach Cottage is brand new. Construction was recently completed, and it's ready for your summer vacation! This home is less than 1 block from the beautiful beaches of Long Beach and Pass Christian and has everything that you need. This is a perfect Home-Away-From-Home.

The Living Room is beautifully furnished and appointed, and features a large flat-screen TV and a fabulous view of the Gulf. The adjoining Dining Room has seating for more than six. The Kitchen is huge, is open to the living space, and has all of the amenities; electric range/oven, double-wide refer/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and all the utensils. Lots of cabinet space and granite counter tops.There is even a full-size washer & dryer.

The large Master Bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The Master Bath is Fabulous! Jacuzzi tub, glass wall shower, and lots of ceramic tile and granite counter tops.

Bedroom 2 features two twin beds while the 3rd bedroom has a full-size/twin-size bunk bed! Each of these rooms has lots of natural light and feature flat-screen TV's. Bathroom 2 is generous in size and has a beautifully tiled tub & shower.

An incredible wood deck surrounds three sides of this beautiful home and allows for some fabulous views of the Gulf Coast beaches. Lots of green open space and beautiful oak trees provide a perfect setting for this fabulous beach cottage.

We look forward to you being our guest. This home is perfect for short term vacations, corporate or business rentals, monthly and long-term rentals, and Snowbirds! And, we love the military. Call for special rates!

Peacefull winter 2011

My wife and I very much enjoyed the property this last winter.We rented for 5 months and loved the morning coffee on the porch,waking up to a nice ocean view.The pictures are what you get,no surprises.Very nicely decorated in a beach theme.It is a 300 ft walk to the beach,and my wife walked miles on the beach daily.We found a nice health club in town,made a lot of friends,and enjoyed the many .restaurants Long Beach has to offer.The house is on a very quite street,ample closet space,kitchen is well furnished and a dinning room table that can accomidate 8 people.We found the owners to be easy to deal with and would definatly recomend taking a look.We are looking forward to returning each winter.With New Orleans 60 miles away,and Gulfport,Biloxi,Ocean Springs all nearby,you will have no problem finding things to do, or just sit and enjoy the view.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Gulf Coast Getaway

My wife and I along with my parents and children spent a fantastic week away in this new beach home. The beach views were very relaxing and the place was comfortable in every way. The listing and its photos were accurate in their detail so expectations were consistent with reality during the week.

In addition to hanging out at the beach, we found wonderful side trips and restaurants to explore and enjoy in the area too! (We even scooted over to the big easy for a day and night out in New Orleans.) The beds were firm and comfortable, the a/c was cool, and when everyone cleaned up for the evening, all at the same time, the showers had plenty of hot water. Great kitchen too - very easy to prepare meals for the group. Everything was clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful and responsive to all questions we had.

I would recommend this home rental to anyone who wants an affordable retreat at the beach or time with friends or family in a comfortable home away from home for the week! We will be back!

The gulfport beach is beautiful! Look out the livingroom window or throw on your flip flops and hurry down there before the developers all show up. We found this home clean and comfortable, and my son was fast to jump on one of the two bikes provided. We would stay here again but won't need to because we bought our own beach rental in Pass Christian.
