Our experience with this owner and the vacation rental itself exceeded all of our high expectations! There is clearly a pride of ownership evident from her prompt communication and personal care while booking (even though she was on her own vacation at the time) to the immaculate condition of this newly renovated unit.
The home’s Gulf views are better than they appear in the photos. The kitchen and laundry are fully stocked complete with coffee maker and filters, pots, pans, cooking utensils, fridge with ice maker, laundry and dish soap, linens etc. The master bedroom is a spa retreat with a pillow top king sized bed that was beyond comfortable (and I’m saying this as a 7 month pregnant mom!), and a master shower with both rain and wall mounted sprays.
You are literally steps from the private beach, AND can walk to Camp Helen State Park and enjoy the tidal pools, crabbing, and sunsets with unobstructed views. The owner provides great toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for guests to use. The free cable and wireless internet, DVD player, board games, and nearby playground were all perfect. The convenience of Publix and CVS just adds to the appeal. We cannot wait to go back next year.
