Everyone says this is the perfect rental location. You can walk to everything in just minutes. Recently I had 175K worth of upgrades added to my house. After a long day on the slopes, or a wild shopping spree just a couple of blocks from downtown, come back for a night of fun in your private hot tub or snuggle up in front of the fireplace and unwind while listening to your favorite tunes, or just watch cable TV in every room. Whatever your choice is, you'll feel at home and more than welcomed. It's easy to prepare your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and large dining room table.

I stayed in this unit for an extended weekend and loved every moment in the home. The owner provided plenty of information about restaurants, things to do, special events, and mountain information. I had no questions go unanswered! The owner was also so pleasant to deal with and the arrangements were made in the most satisfying way. The house itself is beautiful, its obvious that Suzanne takes great pride in this home. Each bedroom had beautiful decor, warm blankets, and a personal tv. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and stocked with wonderful, fluffy towels. There were plenty of paper products, condiments, and dishware- we were wanting for nothing. The location is great, merely minutes from the downtown area. This was by far the best unit I've stayed in in Park City, and would love to stay there again in the future.

This is a private house located on Park City Mountain, only steps away from the ski slopes and just two blocks from Old Town main street. It is an easy ride from the airport - only 35 minutues.

The location of this house is ideal; it is just a 2 block walk to main street and much of the nightlife and a short walk (just 2 flights of stairs) to the ski lift.

Awesome Park City Home

We rented this house in the summer with 4 couples (8 adults total). It worked great for us. Even though it is small, there is enough room for everyone to spread out as it is a multi-level home. The front deck is amazing, with enough room for all 8 of us to sit out and enjoy the beautiful weather and gorgeous views. The back has a another nice private deck with a hot tub and table. We were so glad we didn't rent a condo with a tiny porch. The stairs to walk to Old Town are just steps away from the front door. We never needed our car! Everyone agreed that for the price, we couldn't have gotten a better place to stay!

The property is located very close walking distance to downtown Park City and a short walk to the trail access to the town lift. The location is perfect if you want to leave your car and walk, although other ski areas Canyons and Deer Valley very short drive as well as easy drive to Snowbird and Alta. We enjoyed the easy walk into town with several staircase to choose from to walk down into town and back up, great exercise along with great views. The home was very clean , the decor very nice and comfortable , comfortable beds, couches, TV in every room , excellent kitchen with modern appliances and large dining table. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with very nice update bathrooms. Great upper deck on front side with views overlooking downtown, adirondak chairs and gas grill. Very clean and nice large hot tub on back deck with privacy. I would recommend this property for anyone except small children as there are a lot of steps to climb to access the unit, that being said we left feeling we got a lot of extra walking up and down the stairs and enjoyed all the stairs access from the street up to the mountain and down into town. Really a great location being close without being right on top of main street. The listing lived up to everything promised and we would rent it again.

I was in charge of finding a house for 5 guys for a bachelor party. We approached SLC's main rental # and almost booked and then tried VRBO. This place met our needs well. Highlights were in order:
4 private bedrooms, nice kitchen, great location with walking distance to downtown bars, deck overlooking town with a grille, big hot tub and - yes a nice dark tv room for watching movies/resting. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen to meet most of our needs. I don't have a lot of ski houses out west to compare with but I give it 5 stars- value was there and the place lined up with its photos.
Hope to revisit soon and would plan to stay here so long as I am with adults.

Ski vacation for our teenage boys

We loved our visit to the Park city area, and found the house to be in a great location for enjoying all the great places to eat and shop.
The house suited us well, my husband and I pretty much stayed upstairs in the bedroom and kitchen area and let the teenagers have the three bedrooms downstairs with the living room. Although we would have loved a sitting area, we did enjoy the fireplace and TV in the kitchen area. We are early risers, and found that remaining upstairs allowed us to have our coffee and prepare and eat breakfast without waking the boys. They were all quite comfortable in their rooms and family room.
The house was well equipped with items in the kitchen for the meals we opted to stay in for. There were plenty of towels for our group for showers and to enjoy the hot tub, which was great after a long day on the slopes!
Our only small issues were the driveway wasn't cleared of ice well on arrival or well maintained while there and we had a roof leak in the family room one day. We were told that someone was supposed to be taking care of these issues, but we never actually saw anyone come by. We had a good bit of snow several days, so these issues were definitely due to the snow fall. The owner says she plans to add a heated driveway, and I would say it is much needed.
I would not recommend this house to travelers with older family members that can't do stairs.
We would return to this location again due to the location to everything, the comfortable set up, and the ease of working with the owner.
The only reason I didn't rate it excellent was because my husband didn't like having to clear the ice and snow from the driveway and around the steps.

Owner's Response: Roofing company was called and this issue should be solved. I am sorry this was not taken care of I had no idea ice was not removed. Hope to get heated driveway this year. All renters can call me or my local handyman at anytime (24 hrs) to fix an issue and I will ensure that the problem is solved. Heavy snow does detail snow removal at times, I hope we have more SNOW!

Fun time

We had a great time! The house was perfect for walking to Main Street and hiking the mountain. The house was clean and well-kept and the owner was responsive before, during and after the stay. There is a beautiful view from the front deck and a great place to visit with friends and family. Very nice hot tub on the back porch and secluded enough to make it very intimate feeling. All in all a wonderful place to stay and a delightful home. Thank you!

Great Stay for Group of 8

My group of 8 ages 27-32 with 3 couples and two singles stayed at 245 Woodside from Dec 27 to Jan 1. We enjoyed the accommodations very much and we would stay there again with no hesitation. The setup for the unit is the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3 story house (the 1st floor is complete separate and accessed by a separate entrance).

There are three good sized bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (4br total). All of the bedrooms except one of the double rooms are on the downstairs floor.

Two of the double bedrooms have a private bathroom and the other double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds share a bathroom. There is a living room on the second floor that is plenty large enough for 8 people to sit. The kitchen is on the upstairs floor and features modern appliances, plenty of dishware and utensils, and a full size dining table.

It looks like the entire space has been recently renovated. There is a ton of deck space with plenty of seating in both the front and back. There is a nice hot tub on the rear deck that fits 6-8 people. The fixtures in the bathrooms were very nice and so were all of the linens.

The location is close to the Park City town (actually directly above it). There are stairs that go down directly to Main St. Some of the best bars and restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk.

The closest base is the Town Lift at PCMR. It is walkable (10-15 minutes), but it a bit tough in ski boots. However, we were able to find a ski-in/ski-out point on an offshoot of Quit ‘N Time run. The entrance to this shortcut is at the top of a set of stairs off of the street only a short distance from the house. If you are skiing PCMR, I’d recommend either getting lift tickets in advance and doing the shortcut I mentioned above or storing your skis/boots closer to the base.

The house was in great shape when we arrived. Everything was clean and ready for us.

Our group would definitely stay at this place again. We thought it was a fantastic value and it’s convenient to both the town and the slopes. You can’t beat the rate for the location.

The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding a ski rack on the deck. Parking could be tough as well if you have multiple cars. We had 1 spot for the eight of us and they seem to frown on street parking near the house. (Wasn’t a problem for us because we only had one car.)

Mountain View, Ski-In: It is 2 houses down up 2 sets of metal stairs then over about 100 ft. Your on 'Quitting Time Lift Line' to Town Lift. Could be about the same walk from Park City Mountain main lift to your car in the main parking lot at Park City Mountain. And quicker then getting to the lifts at the Canyons if you park in their lot.
