Situated at one of the most beautiful landscapes of Majorca this truly romantic estate offers its residents the tranquillity of the Spanish country life. The original 18th century 'Finca' (Spanish country house) is surrounded by almond, citrus and olive groves and has been carefully restored. 20.000m² land belong to this fantastic country estate, some of the land is used for agricultural purposes, but most of the land and its beautiful forest is inhabited by the four legged residents of the Spanish country house. There are further ruins which belong to this romantic estate and the plan is to restore them one after one. Among the friendly four legged residents you will find: Sheep, donkeys, ponies, dogs, cats, geese and pig 'Püppi' (little doll) and last but not least the miniature pig lady 'Cindarella'. Even though this country estate with its stunning view onto the Tramuntana Mountains is far away of all noise one can jump into the car and be in the next town.

This fantastic studio is located on the first floor of the main house. It has its own private access by an outside staircase. This gorgeous holiday home boasts a private 40m² sun terrace from which you can access the studio. The studio offers enough room for two adults and if wished for an additional bed for a child. The living space is in total 45m². Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. The 'blue' studio also has a heating system for colder days. The pool is used by all guests of this fabulous estate.

Wir waren mit Kind im Juli 2009 Gäste im Estudio Azul und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gelände ist liebevoll gestaltet, die Unterkunft geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von der umwerfend großen Terrasse herrlich. Viel Freude haben uns die verschiedenen Tiere gemacht, die uns herzlich aufgenommen haben.

Erstes Frühlingserwachen

Wir sind mit unserem kleinen Sohn angereist und haben uns rundrum wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Die Tiere machten das Domizil zu einem Paradies für den Kleinen und auch wir vermissen - vor allem - die drei Hunde schon jetzt.

Die Finca liegt sehr zentral gelegen, sodaß man jederzeit Ausflüge in die Berge und ans Meer machen kann.

Obwohl erst Februar zwitscherten morgens schon die Vögel und die Loggia vor unserem Haus lud ein zum Frühstücken und die ersten Sonnenstrahlen einzufangen.

Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Eine Finca bei Inca

Wir waren in der ersten Januarwoche 2008 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aufnahme war unkompliziert und herzlich, was sowohl für die zweibeinigen wie auch die vierbeinigen Bewohner gilt. Bei der Gelegenheit: Viele Grüße an die Schmuserolle Canela und den Hühnerdieb Shakira! Das Studio ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet mit der wunderschönen Terrasse alle Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt und war sogar mitten im Winter eine Augenweide. Obwohl es an die Landstraße grenzt ist man, sobald man das Tor passiert hat, in einer anderen Welt. Wir haben es als positiv empfunden, nicht kilometerweit über Buckelpisten holpern zu müssen, um "unsere Finca" zu erreichen. Auf diesem Weg nochmals herzliche Grüße und vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit an Christina und Alex.
