1 bedroom, 1 full bath, sleeps 4

Great location only 90 seconds to the beach near the 'island section' of the beach. This cottage is very clean and comfortable. Simple living on one floor, an eat in kitchen with a comfortable living room and bedroom with a full sized bed. There is a quality futon in the living to sleep 4. Outside dine on the deck or relax in the backyard.

Please bring linens and your favorite pillow. The cottage is very clean.

The kitchen is complete(except for dishwasher) with full-sized appliances. Conveniences include: air conditioning, cable TV & wireless internet.

There is a gas grill in the backyard. Room for 2 cars off-street parking

Enjoy the Seafood Festival Sept 9,10 & 11!

Me and my family stood here on Aug 13, 2011 - Aug 20, 2011, it was great. The beach was across the street. It was nice and clean. We enjoy are stay. Very clean the beach. Found everything we needed, grocery store, Walmart. Boardwalk, right there. I loved the smell of the ocean.The owner very nice.simple.
