This comfortably furnished updated home is located in the gated association of Old Mill Point. It has an in-ground heated salt water swimming pool as well as a private beach on Nantucket Sound. Association dock is on the Herring River. Three bedrooms, formal fireplaced living room and well equipped kitchen open to dining room, which overlooks and opens onto deck and pool area. Large family room with fireplace and home theatre, also opens to patio and pool. Lovely summer gardens create a restful and fragrant oasis. Fenced back yard gives privacy in the pool and play area. Steps away from association private beach.
