Gorgeous penthouse level executive furnished condo for rent in downtown. Located on the 21st and top floor this 750 sq ft 1 bedroom has great direct city views and a side river view. Privacy and quiet are a priority with only 6 units on this floor. Decorated in a modern/contemporary style, upgrades include 3 chandelier pieces: dining, bedroom & bathroom. All the furniture is from urban barn and each piece is worth a minimum price. 2 large flat screens: 46’ in living room, 42’ in bedroom. California closets in walk through and entry closet. Make-up area if tenant is female.

Overlooking the bow river in Calgary trendy west end on 4th avenue/8th street, the building, called solaire offers luxurious lifestyle just a short walk to popular shopping areas, c-train and downtown restaurants. This condo is near the river walk pathways that connect to kensington, peace bridge and downtown, eau Claire area.

There is a concierge and gym in this building, as well as classical music that plays in the lobby. Secure building, parking stall included. This is my third executive rental unit that i own, so dealings will be prompt and professional.
