-Please note that even though 4 bunk beds are shown in the listing description, THE HOUSE ONLY INCLUDES 2 BUNK BEDS. We need to include 4 instead of 2 in the listing because the platform counts a bunk bed as only 1 bed instead of 2. Please be mindful that the top bunk bed has a weight limit of 200 lbs.

-The master bedroom bathroom does not have direct AC vent so it will get hot if the door from the bedroom or windows are not open for a long time.

-Wine fridge is not working.

-We are big time dog/cat lovers. If you would like to bring your pet, please ask us about our pet fee. Please remember that pets are NOT allowed on top of beds or sofas due to the difficulty of removing pet hair from sofas and bed linens. Also, if you bring your pet, you must clean after them (including out in the yard).

-This property includes a pool outside. Please understand that since the pool is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the pool. Rest assured that we do pool maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the pool after we have cleaned it. Our swimming pool maintenance team will stop by once per week to clean the pool and provide any necessary maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the pool in good/healthy conditions for our guests. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you.

We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!
This house resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and public playgrounds, for a more convenient stay.

You have full access to the home and everything in it! Everything is private so no worries about sharing any space with anybody that is not within your travel group. We are sure you'll have a great time at our home!
Our home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a memorable time with your family and friends. Fully furnished and well-stocked, particularly in the kitchen, you won't need to worry about purchasing any home essentials during your stay—most likely, everything you require is already provided. Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (6 cars). MAX 6 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
