Mismanaged

Upon arrival, my husband and I were unsure which unit we were supposed to be staying in because the check-in instructions only provided a door code but did not mention a door number. We tried the door code provided on all three units, but the code did not work on any of the doors. Unfortunately, while doing so, we disturbed other guests who were staying in two of the units with our attempts to enter their properties. To make matters worse, when one of these guests opened their door, we realized that they were staying in the unit that we had paid for. Vrbo had mistakenly provided them with our door code instead of their own. As a result, we had to get dressed in the driveway while Vrbo tried to contact the person in our rental to try and get them to switch us apartments. Eventually, we settled for the door code to the last available unit, which was not comparable to what we had booked, so we could move on with your plans for the evening.
