Upon arrival, the guest/renter will check-in with the front desk at Marriott's StreamSide Vail. Keys to the villa will be provided at check-in, at which time the exact villa number will be assigned. A nightly, refundable deposit will be collected from the facility for security/damage and incidentals in the amount of $25/night, with a maximum deposit of $125 (total deposit will not exceed $125).
The villa is guaranteed to be the same room type, but not guaranteed to be an exact unit on the property i.e. the unit shown in the picture may vary slightly from what is shown. We cannot guarantee exact room location on property, view, or exact layout, but you will receive the room type shown and described. (In other words, you may not receive the particular room the description photos were taken in).
Facility amenities may vary by season, and are subject to limitation and availability at the discretion of the property
Minimum Age of Renter is 21 years old. The renter must provide to the Host the name and address matching the identification that will be used for the reservation/provided to the front desk for check-in. This is needed so the resort can identify you at time of check-in and for no other purposes. Please send this information directly to the host within 7 days from time of booking--or if booked within 7 days of check-in, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide identification information so the reservation may be fulfilled. The renter must be present at the time of check-in.
You are liable for any damage you may cause to the property and/or unit. In such case, the resort and/or VRBO reserve the right to contact you to obtain funds for any non-coverable charges for the damage caused.
You, as the renter, are responsible for any of your guests on property and/or in the unit.
