Condo rules: Minimum 3 months stay. Absolutely gorgeous completely renovated first floor, 2 bed /2 bath condo finished with brand new furnishing decorated to the finest. Open floor plan flows nicely from the living room to kitchen and dining area with seating for six. Kitchen has a pass thru into living room for easy entertaining. Fruit trees are in abundance with oranges and lemon/limes. Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Granite counter tops throughout, top of the line stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's, over sized tile flooring through out the condo. Furnished lanai with celing fan, that overlooks landscaping area, just few steps to the pool, which has a view of the lake. Condo is bright with many windows. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet, sitting area, and large master bath with step in shower. Guest room has two twin beds, spacious closet and sitting area. The condo is one block to Venetian Village which is on the Bay with upscale shopping and dining area where you can watch the dolphins. Condo is one block away from the private Park Shore beach, calm water, white sand and stunning sun set. Park Shore beach has walking / biking path along the beach. Private beach pass provided by the owner. The condo is near the Naples Philharmonic Center which features all star performances , close to Waterside Shops with high end stores, Cambier Park, Museum of Art, Naples Grand, Fifth Ave ,Tin City, Third Ave, Olde Naples, and historic Naples Pier. The Village of Venation Bay offers gondola rides on the Bay , you may see the dolphins that frequent the bay.
Condo is located in the heart the of Park Shore that offers plenty of waterfront restaurants and shopping. Park Shore is located West of 41 and is the ideal spot along the western coastline of the Gulf of Mexico. Less traffic and more time spent for relaxation, fun, sun, and convenience - this is your PARADISE away from home.

We have been visiting Naples for a few years and have always loved to vacation here with our family. We apprecite the relaxation and enjoyment once we arrive.
Everything is great, clean, peaceful, and the weather is accommodating
My husband, daughter and I visted Naples during the summer, the weather was wonderful. There was a constant breeze that came off the gulf, which made spending time outdoors very comfortable. The location of the condo is great. The beach was very close, less than five minutes walking . Parkshore beach is a private beach, beach passes were provided by the owner. Residents and visitors to that area all appeared to be very family orientated to so it made for a very comfortable setting to be in with my daughter. Beach bathrooms were very clean. The beach also had a paved path for walking or biking. It also had a very nice grass area with seating. The condo is great, prime area of Naples, grocery stores ,and all kinds of shopping are very close, you can walk. Ventian Village only 5 minutes walking distance from the condo, Ventian Village has wonderful restaurants and shopping formal and informal, also a nice play area for the kids. Going out to dinner or for some ice cream took little effort since it was so close. 5th Avenue which is Naples downtown area is very close as well. Alot of stores, restauants, art galleries and many other entertainment options appropiate for families.
The condo itself was wonderful, It had everything you could possible need or want. The kitchen was fully stocked to make dinner at home a breeze. All appliances were brand new, all serveware, dishes, glasses, utensils were impeccable. Even the kitchen towels were new. The furniture throughout the condo was wonderful all high quality and very comfortable. The living room had a very nice large screen TV , the sofas were comfortable plenty of room for my daughter to play. Bedrooms were cozy, closets were large I was able to store all of our things and luggage and still have space left. Bathrooms were super clean. The master bath shower is large and modern, the other main bathroom had a nice size tub. All linens were clean and fresh. I never had to worry about running out of towels. The condo complex was wonderful neighboors were very nice. The complex also had a pool which we used alot. The pool area also has a BBQ grill that we used. I would definelty plan another vacation here. It was so easy, everything you needed was provided or super close. I would recommend this for anyone concened about traveling with little ones.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously at this comfortable, attractive and well maintained condo. The location and amenities are superior...10-minute walk to private beach on Gulf and to Venetian Bay. In addition shopping malls with food markets, etc., can be found close by. The unit is located on the ground floor, and has a lanai that provides additional access. The condo fronts towards the rear and thus is free from road noise. Nearby Crayton Road provides a pleasant alternative route downtown to Olde Naples.
