This is a spacious 3rd Floor Pool View 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo unit with 1250 feet of living space and 2 Balconies. One Balcony has access from both the Living Room and Guest Bedroom. The other Balcony is private access from the Master Bedroom only. The Kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Kitchen also features all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and ceramic tile floor.
There are 2 full bathooms with granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors. The Master Bath includes double vanity, large garden tub, and stand up shower.
The Master Bedroom includes Queen Size bed wilth pillow top matress, 37' LCD Television with DVD Player, ceramic tile flooring, and private balcony
Guest Bedroom includes Queen Size Bed with pillow top mattress, 37' LCD Television with DVD, and ceramic tile flooring as well.. Guest room has access to shared balcony.
Living Area includes Sofa (NOT a sofa sleeper / pull out couch), Loveseat, 42' LCD Television, Blu Ray DVD player, small stereo with CD Player, MP3 docking station, and remote control. The living room also has access to the Balcony where you will enjoy a beautiful pool view and partial gulf view.
Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Guests limit is 4 adults and up to 2 children for a total of 6 guests
The Villas at Ocean Club, is a three story, 4 building complex located behind The Ocean Club High Rise and Souvenir City. Very short walk to the beach located just across the street from the Ocean Club High Rise Building and a short walk or drive to the Treasure Bay Casino located practically next door (approximately 3 blocks). The Villas at Ocean Club is close to Everything!! The Mississippi Gulf Coast Coliseum and Convention Center is only 1 mile West of the Ocean Club on Hwy. 90. Edgewater Mall is exactly 2 miles to the West. There are a lot of events that go on at the Coliseum and the Mall during 'Cruisin' the Coast' in October, The Crawfish Festival in April, 'Scrapin' the Coast' in June, not to mention all of the other special events that go on year round at both locations.
Casino Row is about a 4 or 5 mile drive to the east on Hwy. 90. On your way to Casino Row, you will see the Historical Biloxi Lighthouse right before you get to The Beau Rivage, The Grand Casino, and The Isle. Just north of Casino Row is The Palace Casino, Boomtown Casino, and The Imperial Palace Caino Hotel Resort and Spa. And now the all New MARGARITAVILLE CASINO! Now Open!

If you would like to place your reservations online and pay online, just submit an inquiry on the dates you would like to reserve. If my condo is available you will be sent a price quote with the total cost including all fees and taxes. Once you agree to the cost and would like to proceed with the reservation, just reply to the quote email stating you would like to proceed with the reservation. You will then receive an email with an option to 'PAY NOW' so that you may submit your Reservation Deposit or full payment.

A Major Credit Card is Required to Reserve my Condo. Pre-Paid Credit Cards cannot be accepted. If a Cash Deposit is paid in advance for any reason, it will be refunded IN FULL within 10 days of departure. Also, a 'Property Damage Protection Policy' is required in order to rent my condo, No Exceptions. The Policy cost ranges from $39 - $59. There are many condo owners who also require this or a Cash 'Damage Deposit'; they often refer to it as 'Damage Protection Waiver'.
**NO PETS I have a Strict NO PET POLICY! and I DO NOT allow pets in my condo. There are many reasons for this. It does not matter if your pet does not shed, or if you keep your pet kenneled up, I still cannot allow Pets. I would only consider allowing pets with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. I will have no choice but to fine or possibly evict anyone who brings a pet into my condo without my knowledge, this is stated in my 'Rental Agreement'. I have pets, and love pets, I just don't allow them in my conod, not even my own, sorry.

Anyone paying with a Credit Card who lives outsie of the Continental United States will be charged an additional 15% on the TOTAL Charges. I have to charge this due to the fact it is charged to me on Credit Cards used to pay outside of the U.S.
