Most Spectacular View in Big Sur

We are only 23 miles south of the Monterey Peninsula, located on a private, electronic gated road. Perched 950 feet above the Pacific Ocean on the west side of Highway One, The Teapot view is unsurpassed. My father often said, 'You can see all the way to Maui.' Directly above Pfeiffer Beach, it is possible to see migrating Grey whales, Humpbacks, porpoises, sea otters, condors, plus an occasional hang glider landing below.

Why We Chose Big Sur: Our family, led by my parents in 1972, have always loved and respected the incredible beauty and ruggedness of Big Sur. We sit on top of the ridge about 900 feet above Pfeiffer Beach. The road to our property is controlled by electronic gates. We have a gate by the entrance to Pheiffer Beach and a northern entrance just before The River Inn. Our view is one of the most magnificent views in the world. Our 20 acres includes a spectacular redwood grove and tunnels of wondrous oak trees. We are only about 50 minutes to Carmel and at the same time light years away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.
