An abundance of galleries, restaurants, cafes, parks, cultural and educational centers are all within walking distance. Including the Old City and the Kotel ( Western Wall).

Great location, beautiful unit in a luxury building. Very spacious unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen/ dining room / great room. Everything was as noted in the description and Alan made the whole process easy.
If you are looking for a spectacular home in a spectacular Jerusalem location, look no further. Alan and his team overlooked no detail to ensure that our stay was perfect. The space is open, light and welcoming. The location -- at the intersection of Yaffo Street and Ben Yehuda Street -- put us at the center of everything. We were an easy 5-minute walk to Mamilla and 10 minutes to the Yaffo Gate. Ten minutes in the other direction put us at Machene Yehuda. The three bedrooms and ideal location would have been enough to place this home at the top of our list, but Alan and his team went above and beyond the expected by providing us with the use of two iPhones, welcoming us with a bottle of wine and Israeli snacks, stocking the refrigerator with a variety of essentials, and making available an on-site manager 24/7. Two notable features of the home are the washer/dryer (wonderful for an extended stay) and the underground parking (spaces are wider than you'd expect in Israel). In a nutshell, you can feel Alan's hospitality from thousands of miles away. We enthusiastically recommend Alan's home to anyone looking for the best place to stay in Jerusalem.
Fantastic find! The rooms are spacious; the beds and sitting areas are super comfortable; the kitchen is fully stocked; the building has 24 hour security and a modern fitness room; and, you get a reserved parking space in the underground garage! The owner and his staff went above-and-beyond to anticipate our needs and make our stay easy. They even surprised with us with a welcome basket of fruit/snacks and bottle of wine! The 2 iPhones were an unexpected bonus as were the washer & dryer. It's a great location for people of all ages. We would love to own this property and make it available to our family and friends!! In the meantime, we will simply give it our unconditional recommendation.
What a lovely apartment indeed! It was great for our family vacation. It was big and well-maintained. The location was also great as it was near restaurants and other establishments. I would recommend this for families that are planning to visit Israel.
During our trip in Israel we travelled to many locations and stayed at luxury hotels across the country. By far, this apartment was a family favorite! It was so nice, that when we moved on to our next location, we were all disappointed with the hotel.
Alan, you have a gorgeous property with all the conveniences of home. When traveling with 3 kids, that's us extremely important. We also enjoyed walking out of the apartment and being in such a central location to restaurants and shops.

This apartment is beautiful, 5 star fit and finish with everything you need. Great location in the heart of everything. Alan is a great Host, he went out of his way to accommodate us. The little extras add so much. We can't wait to plan our next trip, we already know where we are going to stay!!
Only a 6 minute walk to the new Mamila Mall and Jaffa Gate which is the entrance to Old City and of course the Western Wall.
In the Mamilla Mall you will find the Mamilla Hotel with it's Rooftop Outdoor Lounge & Restaurant offering a magnificent view of the Old City.
Across the street is the David's Citadel Hotel and the New Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem (opening soon). Up the street you will find the world famous Kind David Hotel. All just a few minutes from our apartment at Rav Kook 7.
