It is small but cozy place. With amazing view during day and night. Is close to restaurants, bars, beach, see wall, shopping areas, mountains. Everything is walking distance.

The Burrard street apartment was the perfect place for my colleague and I to stay! It offered a clean and spacious kitchen, and large windows for bright light. The modern decor and personal touches were very welcoming! The bedroom offers a king size bed and large closet space! The location ideal for shopping as well a 5 min walk to the English bay. It was a bonus to have the ability to do laundry within the unit! The apartment was even stocked with DVDs, DVD player and large screen tv and wifi. This cozy space is just what we needed to stay comfortable while in downtown Vancouver!

Great place-exactly as described

Perfect location, perfect size for my husband and me. We spent a rainy week exploring Vancouver and were able to walk just about everywhere our guidebook said to go. The underground parking made things much easier on the day we did drive and for entering and leaving Vancouver. The apartment was spotless and the owners couldn't have been nicer. I would recommend this rental without reservation.

Great value and location

I was looking for a reasonably priced alternative to the waterfront hotels in downtown Vancouver for a recent business trip and found this jewel. It is located in the heart of downtown, equidistant from the Convention Center/Coal Harbour, Yaletown and Rogers Arena and West End/Stanley Park. Multiple choices for quick and/or more upscale dining within a 5 minute walk. The 1 bd apartment itself is tastefully decorated and was spotless upon arrival, so much so that I was motivated to leave it so for the next guest! Kitchen is fully equipped and proprietors leave essentials and treats in the fridge. Secure building, cabs and bus stop just outside your door. I would definitely recommend if you prefer experiencing the downtown neighborhoods, as I do, instead of the more sterile tourist environs.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location

My wife and I stayed for the weekend without a ton of plans. Which means we desired a comfortable and well-located home-base. This apartment was exactly what we were looking for.
When we arrived (late, because of traffic and border delays), Maha met us promptly at the door and provided a great welcome with a description of everything we needed to know for a comfortable stay. She even showed us how to use her Netflix account, which was wonderful when the evening torrential downpour started outside. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was very clean, and the location of the apartment was perfect.
Davie and Burrard is a great location for a liberal-minded, fun soul, who would like to see the best Vancouver has to offer. The walkability of this location is ideal.
Stay here with the peace of mind that you'll at least have a great home to come back to, regardless of whatever else Vancouver has to offer.

The comforts of home in the centre of Vancouver

This is a fabulous place to stay. Maha met us at the front door of the condo and took us upstairs to acquaint us with the condo. The condo is immacually clean, has a very comfortable bed and an incredible view from the balcony. Just park your car and start walking. It is easy to stroll down to the waterfront or any other key attraction in Vancouver. It is at a busy intersection so remember to close your windows at night. Definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Maha.

A Gem

Hildy and Maha met me to park the car and showed me around their apartment. I couldn't have asked for a nicer reception. The apartment is just as pictured, light, airy, very clean and well decorated. If the weather is warm, as it was during my visit, the balcony is an extra room from which to relax and enjoy views of the city. This was my first time in Vancouver and from it I could easily walk to see the sights along the beautiful waterfront and to Gastown and Chinatown. Stanley Park was a drive but a short one. The apartment is on Davie St., which has many restaurants and a couple of OK grocery stores but the apartment, surprisingly, has quite a few basic food items in it, so shopping to do you own cooking is easy. The location is a busy intersection and traffic and other sounds from the street are noticeable. I wish all the best to Hildy and Maha.
