2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4)

Our first floor, poolside condo sits in a prime Chandler location with easy access to I-10, the Loop 101, and the US 60, and just a 15-minute drive from Sky Harbor airport! The condo is located in a quite neighborhood with shopping nearby. Major shopping is close by, Chandler Fashion Mall, Arizona Mills Outlet Mall, Tempe Market Place, Mesa Riverview are all within a 10-minute drive! There are also a lot of eating establishments near by. One of our favorites is the Irish pub right across the street!

There are also several golf courses in the Phoenix metro area, several that are just a short drive from the condo!

Our condo is a 2 bedroom plus a den with 2 full baths. The condo was recently updated (Jan. 2010) with a completely new kitchen including new appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal…pots, pans,

cookie sheets, utensils, coffee pot, toaster, blender.

The living area is very open with a dining area, seating for 4 at the table, and seating for 2 at the breakfast bar! The seating area has a sofa and a love seat, LCD TV with cable, and a wood-burning fireplace. The den is just off the living area and has a desk and high-speed internet access. There are also books and games for your enjoyment during your stay.

There are 2 bathrooms both which have been completely updated with all new fixtures including tub, sinks, cabinets & toilets. The bathrooms are supplied with everything you need for your stay. Pool towels are also included.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The bed is a new queen size pillow top mattress with all new bed linens and new LCD TV with cable.

The second bedroom has 2 new twin beds or can be set up as

a king bed. The bathroom is right next to it.

There is also a full size washer and dryer for your needs.

The pool & Jacuzzi are just a few steps from our condo.

Just wanted to let you know we had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Arizona. There was not a cloud in the sky all week and we enjoyed the pool area all to ourselves, others in the complex may have thought we were nuts but sunny and 60+ is better than 30 and snow. We also appreciated the selection of paperbacks in the condo, there were many authors we enjoyed and took advantage of reading and relaxing in the sun. We also visited the Thompson Arboretum, Superstition Mnts, Tonto National Monument, and of course some shopping. All in all the vacation is just what we wanted it to be, sunny, warm and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo. It was just as described and pictured. Easy access. Plenty of room. Kathy was most pleasant and timely in handling the rental.
