House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-10)

4bd/3ba, 2 car garage with pool

This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath house with the master bedroom upstairs having a KING Size bed and walk in closet and bath with a large soak tub. There are two other bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. The fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a Swimming Pool in the back yard where you can lounge with a drink and enjoy the weather on the patio or swim deck. Also a small fire pit is next to the pool for the cool nights where you can warm and make smores if you like. There is a gas BBQ in the back yard as well.

A full kitchen with all the cooking items you might need with side by side refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a glass top convection range. The dinning area has a table with 6 comfy chairs and the living room has a sofa and love seat with a 42” plasma TV with DVD.

There is a loft upstairs that is unfurnished at this time but could be used as additional sleeping area or a nice place to work out and do some yoga.

The Buckeye area is close to many of the area attractions such as several GOLF courses, MLB spring training, race tracks, and The Phoenix Suns.

I am a firefigher in Spokane Washington and I purchased this house for vacation time away from the snow up here. I really enjoy the area and the golf near by is a plus when there is snow on the ground around here.

Lovely home, very clean, awesome comfy bed, quiet neighborhood. I went to Buckeye for peace and quiet and found it without being isolated. Friendly neighbors, close to stores (walk in 5 mins, get some fresh desert air close). I wish I could have stayed longer. Pool was awesome and clean. I would highly recommend booking and the owner is nice, relaxed, and responsive.

Our stay in Buckeye was great! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. There is a Walmart, grocery store and lots of fast food restaurants within a mile of the home. The ONLY negative about the house was that pool wasn't heated so the water temp was too cold for us to get in. I'm sure this is only a factor if you go in March or earlier. Would highly recommend this house.

My husband and I stayed here for a month in January, Lots of room, very nice backyard with pool, great area with easy access to shopping and close to many fun things to do !! Would definitely stay again! Plus great neighbors!! Had a wonderful time! Thanks Bill!

Stayed here for a month in August with my wife and we really enjoyed it. Great backyard setup for relaxing by the pool. Clean, spacious, comfortable house with great shopping and golf nearby. Very friendly neighborhood.
