First of all, I was very impressed and relieved at the patience Kevin had for my dealing with my scatter-brained family as we got in very late at night. Kevin had us follow him to the condo so that we would not get lost. I am used to using a GPS everywhere in the states, and it is definitely a different world in PR. The GPS would not have found the condo. For future visitors, don't bother with renting a GPS, it will get you more lost than found! But back to the condo...
The condo was beautiful. We had 4 adults and one infant stay there and I felt like it was plenty of room. There were two patios, and having both doors opened, provided a wonderful breeze and we could listen to the frogs at night and it was very pleasant. It was a great place to stay with our 15 month old; we didn't have to baby proof! The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals for the days we didn't feel like eating out, and it was close enough to great restaurants like Metropol to enjoy PR cuisine.
The beach access was very close and it felt like we had our own private beach. I think we stayed in PR in the off-peak season, so that may explain why we were able to have so much privacy. The pools were clean, the clubhouse had internet access, we got to see lizards and iguanas everywhere!
This was a great location to split the distance of everything we wanted to do. We went to El Yuncue Rain Forest, the BioBay, Old San Juan, and visited with relatives in San Juan.
We have family that lives in PR and I am sure we will return at some point. If this condo is still available, I would definitely rent it again.

Owner's Response: Kevin was more than welcomed to receive your family even though it was late at night. It is not unusual to receive guests late at night or very early in the morning. We both will be more than happy to have your family over again. You were great guests.
