Easton's Beach has a playground, snack bar, merry-go-round, aquarium and live weekly entertainment. Middletown's Sachuest (2nd) Beach 'Surfer's End' is just 1/2 mile away with the best surfing in RI. Middletown's 3rd Beach 1.5 miles away has no waves and a boat ramp with windsurfing at the north end. Just a short walk to popular restaurants and pubs including Johnny's Atlantic Beach Club and Flo's Clam Shack. The Cliff Walk and Bellevue Avenue shopping and mansions are just 1 mile away and Newport's waterfront wharfs, yachting, restaurants and shopping are 2 miles away. This home was everything it was advertised and more. A great location with everything we were looking for. The home was the perfect distance to Easton's First Beach and it was a short walk or bike ride to Second Beach. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the kids and the home was clean and all brand new. The property managers were attentive and the home is clearly well maintained. Our family made many memories and we hope to return year after year!
