We invite you to stay in our condo; this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has updated furnishings and appliances. The RedCliff Condo complex is located just 5 miles south of Moab in the beautiful Spanish Valley.

When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access off of the highway.

Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic La Sal Mountains to the Southeast and the most stunning red rock landscape to the Southwest.

Our family enjoys the Moab area as it has so many activities to offer. We love to take the jeeps out on the trails and find new challenges as well as capture pictures of the beautiful scenery.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

We stay here every year for our family 4 wheeling trip to Moab and this place is always perfect. Todd is the best person to deal with and takes great care to make sure his condo is immaculate. Lots of space to stretch out, completely stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds. You can't beat the surroundings and it beats any hotel in town!

Really nice place to stay in. On the third level, it's probably not the best choice having small kids though. If you have young kids, be sure to bring entertainment. The DishTv has no entertainment(kids channels/cartoons) for them. Other than those small things with kids, it's a really nice place.

AMAZING OWNERS AND PROPERTY

We booked this property last September, and it was our first time using VRBO. Imagine our surprise, after making the final payment, to learn that the owner had been given different reservation dates than what we had confirmed! We had an email confirming our dates, and he had an email confirming us leaving a day earlier. It was a VRBO glitch, not really the owner's problem, right? That is certainly not at all the way the owner, Todd, felt.

Todd immediately saw the problem, proactively called us and, although he had never had this happen to him before, came up with multiple options to, as he put it, "make it right". All of the options were perfectly acceptable, but we decided to take the one where we stayed at his property all the days we could and then just moved for the final night. On top of it, Todd found us a different property for the final night that cost more and paid for it himself.

When we arrived at Todd's property, we could not have been more thrilled. The condo was big, immaculate and so incredibly comfortable. They thought of every last touch -- all the items we could need to could meals were there. There were even membership cards for the grocery store so we could take advantage of the discounts! There were so many towels available that we would never need to do laundry even if our kids were covered in red dirt. The bathrooms have nice, full-sized amenity bottles -- not little hotel sized ones where you are always worried you'll run out. The beds were SO comfortable -- we slept so well! The property is obviously well cared for, and we appreciated it. The location is great -- easy to get to the parks, but quiet as well.

We were perfectly satisfied with the solution we had worked out with Todd for the final night. He even worked with us on where to store our bags when we went sightseeing the day we were changing properties. But, that wasn't good enough for Todd and his family. We returned from our first day of sightseeing to find a beautiful gift basket on the table, filled with fruit, crackers, cheese, chocolates and more. It was signed from Todd and his family "for our inconvenience". Such an unnecessary, but kind touch.

I can't say enough about how perfect the accommodations were and how great is was working with Todd (great restaurant recommendations too!). There is no question in our minds that we will be booking this property again on our next trip to Moab.
