A spacious, 145 square meter/1600 square feet apartment set on the seventh level of an exclusive development. It has panoramic views of the mountains from its large balcony.
A major feature of Punna Place living is the recreational facilities that are available to all residents. There is a recreational swimming pool with BBQ pavilion and a full service gym and because of the central location you have all the entertainment that Nimmanhaeminda has to offer at your doorstep.
The apartment features 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms with high speed WIFI and Internet, Cable TV, Air conditioning, large balcony, microwave, washing machine and all living accessories. The development has onsite management and security personnel 24/7 and optional onsite parking available. The owners and their staff live locally in Chiang Mai and are available at all times to offer help and assistance as required.

The apartment was exactly as it looked on the photos - tastefully decorated. And the location was truly central with no shortage of good restaurants within 10min walking distance. Chiang Mai's best coffee (Ristr8te) was less than 5min walking distance across the road. The apartment itself could have taken an additional 2 guests in the master bedroom (there's a spare doube/queen mattress available). The only downside is the music from a bar across the road that blares right into the wee hours of the morning. Can't really hear it from the master bedroom but definitely audible from the 2nd bedroom. All in all, we were very pleased with apartment. The local contact was at that time on vacation, but all in all, was pretty prompt with enquiries.
Its a trendy area in central Chiang Mai with many little lanes called 'Soi's' which are home to numerous boutiques, wine bars, live music bars, cafes, restaurants, and galleries and a whole lot more. It isn't as touristy as the old city however is just a stones throw away. It has a major mall 'Maya' completed in 2013 with many shops, restaurants and Cinema Complex.
