2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up 6 people

Come and enjoy our newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is right ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH!! You can be in the water in 2 minutes! Beach access directly across the street (the convenience of beachfront without the the price!).

There are no hotels around us, so the beach is not as crowded and the neighborhood is quiet. The movie theater at the end of the block & we are close to Wanna Wanna Inn & many other restaurants.

The master bedroom has a king bed, twin sofa sleeper, walk-in closet, private bathroom, HDTV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and access to the balcony. The guest room has a queen bed, closet, attached bathroom, HDTV, DVD player and ceiling fan.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliance including microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, barware, and place settings for 8 people and seating for 8 at the dining table.

The living room has a full sofa with a sleeper, love seat, 42' HDTV, Blu-Ray player, and ceiling fan.

There is WIFI and extended cable.

The patio has a table and chairs and a view of the ocean.

We have a large, HEATED pool with a tanning ledge, and spacious spa. Our pool house has an outdoor kitchen with a commercial gas grill and a charcoal grill.

If you have a large family or multiple friends and their families coming on vacation with you, please contact us about renting multiple units. We will do our best to group everyone together in order to optimize your vacation at South Padre! If you rent more than 2 condos, you get a 10% discount.

Are we booked when you want to come? : Please contact the owner or visit sanandrescondos.com for availability of our other listings in the building with the same floor plan and layout. Remember, there are 5 other equally fantastic condos in this building that may be available.

This is unit #101. This is a first floor condo and has the easiest access to the beach. There are no stairs to climb to get to this condo. Unit #102 is directly across from this condo if you are interested in renting multiple units.

Bringing little children? We have pack n' plays and highchairs available on request.

I think our property is unique because the layout in the condos is very open and spacious. Also, we are closer to the beach than most 'beachfront' condos. Our heated swimming pool is unique with this large spa, tanning ledge, and seating in the water. It is also a great place for family reunions and large get togethers. We have had groups rent all 6 condos and have a 'private resort' for themselves.

We fell in love with this property because of it's convenient location to the beach. It is easy to go back and forth to the condo and beach multiple times a day. We also bought the lot next door so that we could put in a large swimming pool and place to cook out. So many of the condos on the island have tiny lap pools and we wanted something bigger. As soon as we bought the property, we completely remodeled the entire inside and outside of the building and bought all new furniture and appliances. Texana Builders in Houston, Texas made an amazing transformation to this property!!

What makes this condo unique

    There is a deposit required to reserved this condo.

    There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $75 for each pet. Dogs only and a max of 2 dogs per condo.

    We accept credit and debit cards only. No personal or business checks.
  • The security deposit is required at the time of booking. Half of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival and the other half is due 30 days prior to arrival. The total amount plus the deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations made less than thirty days prior to arrival. San Andres will automatically charge the debit/credit card on file on the appropriate due dates.

The condo was all we could ask for and definitely advertised correctly. The condo was really clean, well stocked, nothing we needed to buy in order to make our stay comfortable. The owners are very accommodating and great people. They were great with us having our dogs and I would definitely stay here again. Best condo we have stayed in on South Padre Island/

This place was so nice. Even though it was spring break we had a quiet little hideaway. The pool and spa were wonderful. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to visit. Hopefully we can rent all 6 next year and have the place to ourselves!!!

San Andres = Awesomeness!

I know "awesomeness" isn't a word, but it's a good description of what it's like to stay at San Andres. The condo itself was perfect! Great decor, comfortable beds, and a stocked kitchen (utensils, etc.) Talk about great location, the beach is about a "well struck 5 iron" from the front door of the condo. The swimming pool area is beautiful, with a restroom/shower, and covered patio/kitchen area. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill under the patio for cooking by the pool. The pool itself is very nice and I believe the heater was on for our stay because the water was perfect. That time of year the water is usually too cold for me. Wanna Wanna beach bar and grill is a 3 block walk.....so as not to drink and drive.

All in all a very, very good place to stay and nicely priced (we stayed during "off season") compared to what you get for a hotel.

April and Laura were very pleasant to deal with on the phone. I was spoke to like I was one of their friends going for the weekend, not just another booking.

Thanks San Andres, I will be back....
