The apt. Includes a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. A beautiful & serene beach is only a 5-8 minutes walk. A second beach is at 5-minutes drive. We provide you with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and a cooler. The Basic Rate includes up to five (5) people.

The apartment is fully furnished, including flat-screen LCD TV, DVD Player, IPod speakers, washing machine, microwave oven, gas range with oven, coffee maker, blender, water cooler and refrigerator. We also provide you with cooking ware, plates & eating utensils, water and wine glasses, bed linens & towels.

There are sufficient beds to sleep up to seven (7) people comfortably (e.g. a queen size, a full size, a twin size pull-out bed and an electric air mattress). In addition, we offer you digital Cable-TV, High Speed Internet and a cell phone (for pre-paid phone cards) for your convenience.

Gated & Safe Community and one (1) off-street private parking included.

You do not need transportation as all facilities (i.e. the beach, a variety of good restaurants, grocery store, gift shop, liquor store, pharmacy, Bank/ATM, ice cream parlor, body massages, purchase of excursions, golfing, scuba diving and other fun activities) are only a 3-5 minutes walk. There is also a clinic nearby.

This condo is spacious and exactly as it appears. It was a real treat working with Jorge, as he was extremely accommodating and we were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Lilibeth, the Property Manager, was a gem and welcomed us with a wonderful smile. The booking itself was seamless and one of the easiest transactions I have done on HomeAway. The on site manager and employees at the condo were so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to family and friends and if we come back to this area we will be sure to contact Jorge again.

Mi familia se hospedo por 7 días en ese apartamento y quedaron maravillados, tanto del apartamento en si, como de las atenciones humanas recibidas El lugar es excelente, condiciones optimas, no tenemos ni una queja, sin duda alguna es una opción 5 estrellas.

Unos dias inolbidables! apartamento amplio, seguro y combeniente para todo y todos. por facilidades .mi madre de 89 anos luego de no querer queria quedarse por lo fresco del apart. y lo acogedora del area de la pisina, vista panoramica ect. facilidades en el area caminando desde farmacia asta supermarkets . Playa tranquila y cristalina. Ademas facilidades de excurcines , las cuales por mi salud no pude hacer. Este alojamiento como el lugar lo recomiendo. Tal como se ve en la pagina ,bien decorado amplio en fin si deseas seguridad, buen trato y buen servisio ? tratalo. Fue mi experiencia mi esposo ,madrey cunado muy complacidos. Gracias al dueno y personal .

We loved this place, it has everything you can ask for, very cozy it feels just like home. The apartment is very clean , and you have restaurants and stores just walking distance. They provide beach chairs, a little cooler and even a beach umbrella. We loved the beach and the pool.The beach is walking distance. The owner and manager are really nice and provide great customer service.The people who work at the villa are very respectful and helpful, we felt really secure.We cant wait to go back. We really recommend this place to everyone.

Relaxation at an Excellent Place

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It had everything you need, from eating in, to the beautiful pool on the property. Unfortunately we went out every day/night to enjoy everything Dommincan Republic had to offer so we did not have a chance to use the facilities.

The owner was very professional and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that we had. Lilibeth, the property manager was also very sweet and pleasant as well. To sum it up, it was a very beautiful place with beautiful and friendly people. I will definitely return!!! I recommend the condo to anyone traveling to Juan Dolio or anyone planning a Dominican vacation.
