Wonderful Quiet Retreat close to everything

I cant say enough good things about this apartment. In fact, I have stayed there two times already this year. I vacation in Miami Beach a few times a year and I have two criteria. First, the place needs to be close to the beach, restaurants and Lincoln Road. Second, the place must be far enough away from the action so I could sleep and relax when I want to have some downtime without being bothered by the noise of the beach. This apartment fulfilled both criteria, and went above and beyond that.
The Location was great - just behind Flamingo Park and a few blocks from the beach and Lincoln Road. Mik, the owner, was extremely nice and very easy/ pleasant to deal with. The apartment itself is very well appointed, in fact the nicest place I've stayed in my many trips down, especially for the price! You can tell Mik spent a lot of time and love refurbishing the place. The large bathroom has a whirlpool tub with a shower, a bidet, and a clean spacious sink and vanity area. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen includes all the amenities including dishwasher and microwave. The living room with cable TV and two futons makes it great for just hanging out and relaxing. The building itself is a very quiet building, I never heard any of the neighbors. And, because of its corner location in the back of the building, the apartment itself is filled with light and you cant hear any noises from the street.
There is no washer/dryer in the apartment, but they are located in a room across the hall, so doing laundry was easy.
I plan on staying in this apartment whenever I return to Miami Beach. I feel very comfortable and relaxed there, it 's really the perfect place for a vacation stay. I cant wait to come back!
