The Apartment is fully renovated (renewed), on April 2012 and practically, nobody was living there since, beside me, occasionally and for transit short stays purposes only.
You will be Within few minutes walk from Champs Elysées, Palais de l'Élysée (French President Residence), Rond-Point des Champs-Elysees, the prestigious Luxury Shopping Faubourg Saint-Honoré Street, Avenue Montaigne and many endless prestigious streets around.

We think the Studio-Loft is rather Spacious and is equivalent to Hotel Junior Suites, that offers a separate sleeping and living areas, including 2 sofa bed suitable for additional 2 sleeps.
However and for practical reasons, we limited the flat for 2 sleeps only (on the mezzanine).
The entire 19th Century Complex (Typical 'Haussmannian' architecture) where the Studio-Loft is located, was fully renovated in 2009 (facades, interiors and lifts).
The access to the entire complex and to the apartments areas, are protected by surveillance cameras, Secured Electronic Doors and 24/7 Concierge (Gardienne)
Located in19th century stylish on rue La Boetie, right by the famous Champs Elysées, this recently renovated apartment is a luxury and comfortable flat in one of the most exclusive and lively area of Paris. It features a large living room, a bedroom located on a Mezzanine as well as separate toilets and a bathroom with Douche and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Located on a quiet courtyard on the 2th floor with lift, it is the perfect light-filled and peaceful place to rest after a busy day visiting museums and monuments of Paris.
It is only 550 m from to the famous, yet probably, the worldwide most beautiful avenue, Champs Elysées, a lively place to stroll late into the night where there are luxury shops, restaurants and theaters. Otherwise you can enjoy the peace and quietness of the charming streets around.

THe entire 19th Century complex, was completely restored in 2009 and designed with a cutting-edge modern design and convenience yet 'authentic Parisian interior style (oak parquet floors, double glazed windows) achieving a subtle blend of tradition and modernity.
We paid attention to the quality of the furniture in particular to the mattresses and the sofa choosing the same quality as used by Paris luxury hotels - Queen Bed Dimensions (in cm): 160x200x15 .

We were asked by our first guest to mention the Quality of the Shower of our Studio-Loft: the HOT/COLD water streaming is very solid & strong.
(As you might know, sometimes it is hard to have hot & strong streaming shower water in Paris apartments)
The apartment is cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival.
The property is rather very comfortable and central, just between the 2 metro Stations M Saint-Philippe du Roule and Miromesnil.
Flat is rather large for such m2 with high 19th century ceiling and renewed, separate Kitchen separate bathroom in an entire secured renovated 19th century complex.
Very calm and representative and enjoyable to stay in.
With its extraordinary geographical location of the Studio-Loft, you are minutes away of the Parisian RATP Public Transport, one of the World best Public Transport system of its kind.
