Smaller than picture show

The house was available as advertised and the hosts were friendly and very responsive. Check-in was very easy. The house was clean. Short drive to grocery stores. Good parking in the back. This was a SMALL house. The back-door, which is the "main door", is in one of the bedrooms. One of the other bedroom's carpets was so dirty, it was turned upside-down. I almost got killed trying to turn into the main driveway. It was so small I could not make the turn and was forced to wait a few minutes for the traffic behind me to subside before I could back-out. It is on a 4-lane major artery of Tucson so there are always cars going by. Loud and dangerous to walk anywhere from the house. The dining table had only 6 chairs (posting says it sleeps 12). The living room has sitting space for 4 people. One of the two bathrooms was inaccessible to most people as it was in between two bedrooms and had terrible water pressure so everyone had to use the one main bathroom… so 10 people shared one shower. This is not a house I felt comfortable walking-in bare-foot, especially not on the bedroom carpets. There were NO cleaning supplies or dishwasher pods, so even if we wanted to sweep, vacuum, or wipe down any surfaces, we weren’t able to. This is likely why there were many plug-in deodorizers and incense sticks? It pains me to write this review as I was a host in the past but we had 10 people in that house (ages 22 to 56) for 6 nights and we seriously considered moving to a hotel

Family weekend

Perfect for families/ couples… 5 bedrooms and a pool… a plus . A little difficult to find the entrance in the back especially at night . But otherwise 5 stars all the way . Thanks for having us .

Jefferson Park is less than a mile away from the University of Arizona and has great schools, making it a popular choice among students and families, but anyone can enjoy living here. Jefferson Park is mainly residential and features a variety of rental options from affordable student apartments to large single-family houses. Thanks to the nearby university, Jefferson Park residents have easy access to plenty of shopping and dining options. Residents also appreciate Jefferson Park’s strong sense of community. Neighbors join together to beautify the neighborhood by planting desert-friendly greenery, and residents come out in droves to participate in special events like the annual Rubber Ducky Race.
